The online booking system was very easy and simple and I got a confirmation email straight away.
After a slightly shaky start with the first engineer being off sick and second one getting stuck in traffic the service was excellent. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take and was true to his word.

The technician was punctual, polite, professional and extremely helpful. Going above and beyond, taking the time to explain the process and answering my questions.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From my first call to the company to the technician arriving was absolutely first class.
Luke was brilliant, explained everything fully, was polite and listened to what had happened to my van, he proceeded to do the diagnostic and then cleaned the filter, all the time telling me what he was doing. He gave good advice about maintaining the 'health' of my van too.
I can't recommend Luke and this company enough. Plus compared to the garage quoting £2,600 for a new filter....this was superb and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again or recommend them to others.

The technicians themselves are fine (have had one before) but the bookings/customer service side is beyond painful. The online calendar you ‘select’ a date from is only your ‘preferred’ date and they will then likely tell you they can’t do that day (happened both times with me, most people will assume that you are booking a slot and they clearly know this when they take your deposit payment).

Prepare to wait possibly days for a text response or to have to email them to get any response/confirmation of a booking. They then blamed me for not replying fast (24 hours for texts to get to them it seems) enough and said they couldn’t also change the oil & filter as a result (failed DPF regens often necessitate an oil change due to unspent fuel getting into the oil. I caved in and agreed to just the DPF clean.

Half an hour after the technician is meant to be here I call them, ‘he’s having problems with his van and we sent you a text’ (shockingly I didn’t get one). ‘Earliest we can now do is Saturday’, I’ve cancelled and asked for a refund, not holding out much hope of getting one. And fascinatingly the girl I just spoke to had the same name as the one who didn’t bother replying to me via text 4 days ago. So I’ve wasted 4 days including most of a day off work.

Update: got my deposit back quickly.

Craig was excellent. Honest in the possibility that cleaning wouldn't work. Polite and efficient too.

Turned up on time. My vehicle is complex , I am used to indrawn breathe followed by "I am not sure etc"- didn't phase him at all. He was obviously familiar with dealing with complex cars and had zero problem sorting it out. He was professional and friendly. Job completed rapidly and advice given afterwards. Based on the person who attended my house I recommend this company to anyone needing DPF sorting.

Had them came out to clean dpf for it to only came back on after 4 days found out they didnt do what they say , chucked a bit of cleaner in , rev it few times when asked if regen was done he said yes they were here less than 30 mins . When light came back I actually had it force regen it as I had tool that took 40 mins on its own , so I they took my money and ran , should have read reviews first . Never again use them as I could have done what he done for 3 quarter of the price the asked

Very important warning to those with DPF issues!! Head for a Specialist garage rather. Stress free.
Chemicals were added to my car messing up house windows as well as my neighbour. Thankfully i had upvc cleaner.End result messed up my Car too!! Was told all O.K BUT a sensor will need replacing.
Same day DPF back,lost power?Got a quotation £800 inc labour and sensor!! I said No and manage to buy a £120 new sensor.
After repair it broke down onroute to work after system burst!!
Now my DPF specialist has found diagnostic misreading mistakes etc and is repairing my car.I offered hi the two extra chemical cans received by Mobile repair.He simply said dump them??
Now im stuck with outstanding payment for repair funds while this company has been paid in full for unprofessional service of my car. More shocking news but will keep for a later date.
