I've been with CardFellow since 2013 and they have always gotten very competitive quotes. Our local bank wanted to quote our business. When we showed them our merchant statement they did not even try to quote us because we are getting such good rate. CardFellow is always fast to respond and very informative about the ways you can best lower your processing fees.

Stumbled onto Cardfellow about 5 years ago and have never looked back. Not only does Ben have the knowledge and resources to help you out, he has gone the extra mile for me on several fronts. The only mistake you can make with Cardfellow is not giving them a chance to save you a ton in processing fees. The service is free and they stay with you and do check on your processor to make sure they honor the deal they agreed to. The knowledge base on their website is extensive and will guide you through the convoluted world of credit card processing which I believe by design is setup to make your head explode. If you suspect any double talk, you can rely on the Oracle (Ben) to keep you from having egg on your face if you are doing this on behalf of your boss or other interested party. Can't say enough good things about this program. Send him a statement and let him do the magic. If you have a good deal he will tell you. My guess is you probably don't and since every dollar saved in this pathetic economy is even more vital, this is a no brainer to mitigate some of your sale costs. Few business owners actually understand how credit card processing fees work. The card processing industry lacks transparency, and fees change over time without most businesses even knowing what happened. That is why you need to contact Ben at Cardfellow. Seriously, finish reading this review and contact Ben.

Send him your latest processor statement. He will then analyze it and let you know how your current processor stacks up against quotes from Cardfellow. The first thing he does is explain how the fees break down (essentially what fees are negotiable and what are not negotiable). I did my analysis three years ago, and the best quote he could get for me saved me $650 per year over what I was paying my old processor.

Even better, Cardfellow will do an annual audit to make sure the processor is holding true to the fees. My processor had notified me that they were increasing my "monthly membership" fee a few months back because of increasing volume. So what did Ben do when he noticed this on my audit? He contacted the processor on my behalf and negotiated the fee back down to its original amount. Unreal service! I have no doubt that I am paying as little as possible for credit card processing - Ben makes sure of that. Thank you Ben for your hard work making sure that businesses don't pay more than necessary to process credit card transactions.

I was directed to CardFellow by another small business owner years ago; the processor I selected has been phenomenally good and is consistently competitive with pricing. Don't be an idiot like I was before using CardFellow (I was in a trade association affinity processing program for YEARS and was being screwed on rates); have an audit from CardFellow, find out which processors let you keep more of your money. And do not believe your trade association or professional organization affinity program is there to keep money in your pocket--it's just a non-dues revenue pig for your organization at your expense. (Steps off soapbox...).

A diamond in a field of coal. I tried Ben's service 7 years ago. He submitted our information to multiple processors and we received several competitive offers. The provider we chose to go with (TSYS) has been true to their word and our charges have never increased in 7 years. A couple times a year somebody solicits our credit card business and they always come back saying we should stick with the deal we have, it can't be beat. All in we pay <2%, no gimmicks. I strongly urge any business owner to use Ben's service so you can 'set it and forget it' regarding future solicitations.

Ben and CardFellow have not only been a pleasure to work with, but they are saving us literally tens of thousands of dollars each year in credit card charges. The credit card processing market is set up in such a convoluted way that there is no way you can navigate it on your own and I give Ben and CardFellow my highest recommendation to anyone that wants to stop throwing away money on credit card fees.

Great customer service, they follow through on everything that they promise. I used the merchant that they matched me up with for several years and had no issues. When I had to move on and cancel, the merchant hit me with a fee that they weren't supposed to, and Cardfellow followed up and got the fee removed, even though I was leaving.

We used to work directly with FirstData thinking that cutting out the middleman would save us money. We were wrong. After using CardFellow's marketplace we were able to save thousands of dollars a year in credit card fees. And that savings continues. CardFellow periodically checks your statements and three years later, stopped a large rate increase, again savings us almost $2,000 annually. On top of this, you'll find they are a pleasure to work with. Spend some time on their website, get quotes on their marketplace, call them with questions and see what happens. You won't regret it.

I first used Cardfellow several years ago. I was astounded at their level of service and how much they were able to not only save me, but also simplify and demystify what I consider a very deceptive industry. Unfortunately I needed to use them again when my original processor was bought out and the new provider slowly slid into questionable behavior. Ben was more than helpful and this second experience only confirms how felt about my first . I can't recommend them enough. Anyone who accepts credit cards needs to use Cardfellow.

Last summer we chose a new card processor using quotes from Cardfellow. Our rate with our former processor just kept going up & up. It was at 5% the last couple of years. When we received a quote of about half that from Cardfellow, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try.

We just did our 1st statement review and the rates had not increased. When I calculated our effective rate for the first 6 months, it was exactly what I was quoted. I just wish I has used Cardfellow sooner. I will definitely be staying with them. The free statement review is easy. The owner of this site has been great for our business. First he helped me find a company with an extremely low markup on the credit card fees.
