They were honest and great to work with. They did a free analysis of my merchant processing and ultimately concluded that I currently already have a good deal. I would have saved a small amount to change but it was negligible. I appreciated the honesty and I'll likely use them again in the future since I've heard rates can creep up. A great resource to find a new processor or to just be sure your current processor isn't slowly raising rates! I highly recommend. The process was very easy.

I highly recommend CardFellow. The costs for credit card processors is extremely confusing, and it is impossible to get accurate information about the actual costs. Their easy to use website is excellent: you enter information about your credit card volume and usage. They provide you with the processors who are least costly. AND, they provide ongoing oversight to make sure your actual credit card fees have not increased.

CardFellow is a great resource if you're shopping around for a new credit card processing company. It wouldn't cost you a dime and all the merchant prices and fees are displayed in a transparent and easy to compare way. Our small business used them about 3 years ago and we are still with the same credit card processor. CardFellow has recently verified our statement to make sure we are being charged correctly and gave a recommendation that would help us to reduce or eliminate our PCI compliance fees.
