I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cards2Cash.

I listed a £250 Virgin Experience Days voucher with them on 25 March under Order S2U0047814. I later removed the voucher on 12 May after deciding to use it myself. However, when I checked the balance, only £43 remained.

I did not redeem this voucher at any point, yet Virgin Experience Days confirmed that a redemption took place while the voucher was listed with Cards2Cash. I even received a “thank you for your order” email from Virgin on 9 April, which only appears after a voucher has been used.

I have tried contacting Cards2Cash through their online chat multiple times, but I’m being completely ignored. There has been no explanation, no support, and no accountability.

All I want is clarification as to:
• why most of my voucher balance was used while in their possession
• who redeemed it
• and what will be done to reimburse me for the financial loss

This situation has caused stress and inconvenience, and I am still waiting for any kind of response. I will update this review if the company finally resolves the issue, but at the moment I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Good value gift cards with quality assurance.

Used many times. Favourite gift card is Amazon for my own account to benefit from discounts.

I've had one empty gift card and this was corrected promptly without issue.

Fab service to sell cards and trusted to buy cheaper ones

They are really bad to me in my experience and they use rules to try and take someone money
I created an account not using my real name but put my account number
They sold the card and decided not to pay me for the card after selling because the name of the card to cash account doesn't match my bank account name
Like even after contacting their customer support and told them
Nothing was done and they never sent my money
Even on their competitor Cardyard I also use them and they always sent my money if the card was sold
But they just had to look for an excuse
Ok then I don't want the money give me back a similar amount of the card
No response
Now they are replying am not in the UK
So how did I sell the card to them and they accepted?

now suddenly all this rules comes out for them
Why didn't they say it when I was uploading the details of the card
I don't want to sell it again with your platform
I want back an Amazon card like the one I sold to you

Have used Cards2Cash for over a year now. Great way of saving on purchases we wanted to make - just by buying the gift cards here in advance. And on top of that, the gift codes are delivered almost instantly, which is great.

Customer service is also excellent - we had one issue when we first started using the site, where one of the gift cards we purchased was not at the value it was listed for. However, customer service handled the issue promptly and kindly - refunding us the missing value without that much fuss. So very happy with the service overall.

We definitely will and do keep coming back!

I searched to see if I could find discounted Amazon gift cards as was making a android tablet purchase and wanted to bring it down a few quid. I came across this site where people trade giftcards and gave it a shot. I was a little worried as to get the maximum discount of 4% you have to pay by bank transfer, I guess to cut out more of the bank processing costs for Cards2Cash. However being the cheapskate I am I went ahead. Pretty much immediately after paying I got my code for the Amazon gift card which worked perfectly so instead of costing £60 I paid something like £57.62 or £2.38 off, the tablet was £61. Not a huge amount but still a worthwhile saving. If you always use cards2cash giftcards then I guess realistically you can save 4% approx off all your amazon purchases by preloading your account with gift cards. If someone spends £500 a year at Amazon that is £20 saved, if you did it for 5 years running that is £100. It's always worth pushing to make as much savings as possible I feel. Weirdly when I looked on ebay there were listings for Amazon gift cards more expensive than buying them direct from Amazon, what is all that about?

Works everytime*, *except one time it didn't, but they gave a replacement within 2 hours.

In the selling of a giftcard, everything proceeded exactly as stated and funds were paid on the stated date. Very easy to deal with and I would use again.

Have used a few times and would definitely keep using. Had a handful of issues where the card numbers were already claimed but they were quick to issue new numbers out, after I contacted them. I'm assuming this is due to sellers listing cards and then claiming them to try and scam the system, but Cards2Cash have a holding policy for funds so that buyers are protected against this.

Super easy, I was nervous as never done this before but I was nervous for all of 15 seconds before my E Voucher arrived in my inbox, allocated to a purchase and had the discount sorted! Thank you! X

Really easy to use . Great site. 100% recommend.

Purchased several gift cards from them. One £100 gift card for Amazon wasn't valid. They then swapped it out with another one. After adding that gift card, my amazon account was blocked and the gift card voided. Amazon eventually restored my account after verifying my identity and sending in numerous documents, but refused to reactivate the gift card citing fraud. Screenshots and 8 emails with Cards2Cash I'm told I have to go back to Amazon and tell them to ignore their policy and make them take proof from them and reinstate the gift card. Apparently spending over an hour to resolve this isn't enough and Cards2cash are refusing to help. Seems I'll be going back to cardyard who resolve issues swiftly.
