Misleading TK Maxx Gift Card Purchase on Cards2Cash
I recently purchased a TK Maxx gift card from Cards2Cash for £119, which was described as a physical gift card with digital delivery (code and PIN sent by email) and an expected balance of £140. Upon checking the card, I found it only contained £71.84. It turns out that the seller had been using the card while it was listed for sale on Cards2Cash.
I contacted the customer service team at Cards2Cash to request a cancellation of the transaction and a full refund. However, they rudely insisted that it is considered a digital gift card, despite it being a physical card delivered by email with a code and PIN. They stated that no cancellation is allowed and only offered to refund the discrepancy of £57.40, although their calculation of this amount is unclear to me. Additionally, they kept urging me to use the balance on the card quickly, despite the risk that the seller might continue using the card.
This is very unreliable and unacceptable. Please be cautious when purchasing cards from this website.

After listing over 10 giftcards (more being approved!) with Cards2Cash, which is very easy, no issues, to them being sold very quickly (the site allows users to be notified when a giftcard comes back in stock!) and finally being paid out promptly to my bank, I can confidently say, this reselling service is excellent!

Im pretty greatful for this service.
Im pretty greatful that this service is a thing and isnt a scam, without Cards2Cash i most likely wouldnt have used the giftcard and forget about it and it expire. The one mildly negative thing is that i recived the payout after the expected date which had me worrying it was a scam but i got payed a few days later. Now i have a way to get rid of the gift card birthday and christmas gifts to get cash i can actually spend.

Five gift cards....
I purchased 5 gift cards:
1. Primark £20 (Card balance £4.00 - last used 27/03/24).
2. Primark £20 (Card number not recognised).
3. Primark £10 (£0.00 balance).
4. Primark £50 (This card was fine).
5. TK Maxx £20 (Card not recognised).
Out of the 5 cards only one had the correct gift balance.
Requested for live chat to deal with the issue at hand. CS agent (Conner) was great and efficient, dealt with my query promptly.
I was issued new cards without any problems within 15-20 mins - and second time round they worked!
Overall I'll be giving 4* due to the first batch of cards not working, hence taking up much of my time on online chat to resolve the issue.
I would advice anyone wanting to purchase, always check your card balance in advance.
I would still recommend using Cards2Cash as they were excellent when it came to resolving my issue.

Highly trustworthy company, I have transacted hundreds of pounds of gift vouchers and payment is on the exact day specified. Communication is great, commissions are very low.
