My gift card with 0 balance but the problem was solved
I was really sad to understand today that the gift card I bought on 13.12.24 and tried to use in store today did not go through as it said balance was 0. it's definitely bad experience with my first gift card. even though I have missed the 14 days deadline to report a problem with the gift card sellers customer services stepped in and helped.
They have resolved the issue in my favour and managed to recover the balance of the card.

Improve your payment schedules then maybe I will change my rating otherwise it's pretty terrible.And if you can't make it to the date,tell the customer instead of staying quiet .

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I will be using regularly in the future.
I was dubious at first, then my first purchase failed because of “suspicious activity on my account”. Was asked to verify my identity and upload docs which I didn’t want to do. I immediately thought this was a scam.
Got in touch with customer services and all sorted out no problems.
Then when I bought a voucher it redeemed for the wrong amount!
Not a great start but customer services sorted it out straight away.
So yes I had some problems but it was all resolved quickly.
Very happy customer and will be using frequently from now on (with bank transfer for even more savings).

Great experience! First time buyer
Was a little skeptical at first but really had nothing to worry about as they provided a great service. My questions were very quickly answered by Conner on the live chat which gave me great reassurance to go ahead with my order. Apple gift cards were available to buy for 9% discount, and then a further 3% discount available if i paid via bank transfer, which took only a matter of minutes to show in my account as available credit. I purchased £1075 of apple gift cards for only £949 which has now paid in full for my new iPhone! Will definitely use Cards2Cash again!

I have used Cards2Cash for a few months now and I would say that they are the best gift card reseller on the market at the moment. Their discounts on cards tend to be the best available and perhaps more importantly their customer service is excellent.
If you manage your gift cards properly and ensure that you use them before expiry, then you will make significant savings. A useful tool in the fight against inflation!

In this case, the gift card you sold was fraudulent. We requested an image of the card to verify its authenticity, but you declined to provide one. As a result, we could not proceed with the transaction. We take our security protocols very seriously and protect our customers against fraudulent cards.
