Hubby isn’t easy to please but was on this occasion
Hubby has been exceptionally ill and his trousers didn’t fit, and belts were a problem. Tried two different types of CareClothing trousers. Both were good but hubby preferred the cloth of one style, over the other. Also he’s now lost height so am going to order a custom leg length for next order. Hubby travelled & had lots made in Hong Kong, so isn’t that easy to please! Delivery was a bit slow but as our Mail service is twice weekly now, that wasn’t too much of a surprise.

I’ve been purchasing clothes
I’ve been purchasing clothes, specifically trousers, from Brian at Care Clothing for very many years! I have never had any issues or cause for complaint, the clothes are consistently of high and durable quality, the ordering process is quick and efficient, delivery is always as prompt as possible and Brian will contact you if any clarification is needed!
I personally don’t shop anywhere else for my trousers and ‘am pleased to very highly recommend this company!

I can only apologise for the fact that your email went unanswered! In regards to your parcels delay, I have just checked the parcels tracking details to find that we dispatched your parcel on the 9th September, however, Royal Mail did not deliver it until the 15th. I appreciate that delayed deliveries can be frustrating, however, please know that we did all that we can to dispatch the parcel to you as quickly as possible and the untimely delivery was not our fault as a company.

Seriously unimpressed that the clothes were firstly delivered later than promised, also delivered only half the order and finally not refunded me for the undelivered clothes.

Hi Jane,
As discussed via email, you initially contacted us to ask where your goods were. Our system was showing the order as delivered, which is the information I passed on to you. You then advised that you had not been at home.
You subsequently explained in a separate email that your Father had sadly passed away, and that you therefore wished to return the trousers you had received. I was, of course, incredibly sorry to hear of your loss, and completely understood that returning the trousers was not a priority at that time.
However, approximately 12 hours later, you emailed again to say that you had not received the goods. At this point, I was genuinely unclear as to what had happened or what you were asking us to do. Given what you had told me about your bereavement, I deliberately left your order on my desk and intended to contact you a few days later, rather than continue emailing you about an order involving a pair of trousers while you were dealing with such a difficult time.
I apologise for not replying to your most recent email; I have been on annual leave and have returned today. I’ll arrange for someone to call you on Thursday or Friday this week.
I just want to add that not telling your full experience on reviews is really damaging to small businesses like ourselves; our company doesn’t have a bottomless marketing or AdWords budget so we do rely heavily on positive customer experiences and word of mouth referrals to keep going which is tough, especially in challenging economical climates.

The trousers are of satisfactory quality although the material is rather cheap looking. The fit is generous.

Sorry to hear that you feel the trousers are cheap looking! We use a high quality blend of cotton and polyester; cotton for its natural fibre and naturally breathable qualities and polyester for its easy care nature. Sometimes, once washed, our trousers look even better as the factory starches them with a shiny style starch. Let us know what you think post-wash!
