Purchased from company before. Size chart said I was large. Item to big so returned. Ordered again medium which fitted. Ordered clothes again and used this previous experience for sizes. Guess what. Large is to small. Returned clothes only to be notified that they had took the 10% off and charged me for postage again plus the extortionate return postage so it cost me nearly £10 just to open a bag try clothes only and return the lot. Would be better to give the customer the option to choose how to return so they can use the most cost effective company instead of n9ne making money out of returns. Message company with my thoughts but as usual told I would be messaged within 48hours. As usual no reply. I can only recommend from my own experience do not use this company and advise they get any sizing charts correct for there clothing. Probably one of many that will not buy from them again.

Very happy with my order and speed of service. The fit was perfect and the quality was great so I have been able to wear the clothes multiple times and they still look and feel like new

Made a mistake on my order which i emailed about immediately. Followed up again to see if they could amend the order before it was shipped and had no response so of course the wrong size was shipped. Now had to pay return and exchange fees which i am not happy about. Still no response to any emails. Poor customer service.

UPDATE: I have sent an email to claim a refund but this still hasn't been replied to!

Been trying to complete a return for over a week now without success. Sent a number of emails as requested but still not resolved. Please can some contact me to get this sorted?

Great quality clothing washes well and great delivery

I've recently purchased 4 items from N9NE and have been very impressed with the quality of the clothing and the reasonable pricing. The fit is perfect and they look top quality. I returned one item as it didn't suit and the return and speed of the refund was great. Would highly recommend

Really impressed with the customer service from N9NE. I had returned a T-shirt to exchange for a smaller size, but unfortunately by the time my return had been processed, the size I needed was showing as out of stock.

The team were really helpful throughout and actually managed to locate the T-shirt in the size I needed and get it sent out to me. Really appreciated the effort they went to to resolve the situation rather than just issuing a refund.

Great communication and customer service from start to finish. Would definitely order from N9NE again. Highly recommend!

Good quality garment, quick dispatch and a good price

Quality of fabric is average and not worth the money.
Color of item did not match what was shown online. Horrible return policy and options. Would not recommend

Excellent service, quality and fast delivery!

Shame to leave a 1 star because they have potential to be a good clothing brand. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever came across. Ordered a top which became faulty after 1 wear.

I contacted the company about this as I had the item for just under 2 weeks. I didn’t hear back from them for a few days so I returned the item for a refund.

Didn’t receive any notification that my item had been received. Chased this up over email and was told the item had arrived back to them but they won’t be processing a refund as the item had been worn.

No one claimed to have not worn the item, but you’re entitled to a full refund if an item becomes faulty within 30 days. Back and forth over 4 weeks and still not had any refund and was told they will just discard of the item anyway as it’s faulty.

Awful customer service so unfortunately would never purchase from here again.

Great delivery times . But quality and stitching is terrible

I purchased 2xt shirts ordered large but they are a small fit so returned them for exchange for same items but in XL they replied saying we have given you a gift voucher to purchase your items but they don’t have anything in my size so cannot do this have emailed them twice with no response so won’t be using them again be careful Thank you for responding to my review stating that if I got in touch you would rectify the problem well I sent you my details and still know response so I can only assume you answered me to to make yourself look better on trust pilot but I don’t think you have any intention of refunding me so my review stands be careful people using this company following on from my first review my problem has now been resolved kindly hadn’t put in my order number in communication with customer service so they couldn’t respond so apologies to nine and thank you for sorting it for me

First time ordering from N9NE and I'm not disappointed. The knitted t-shirt arrived in a couple of days and didn't disappoint. It looks and fits fantastic and is spot on. Love it, thank you.

Bought a number of polo shirts and swim shorts. Great quality and really satisfied with everything about them. Fit was perfect- I’m a size small and the shorts and polos fitted perfectly. Feels and looks like high quality clothing. Arrived really quickly as well, 1-2 days plus messages and emails showing progress with the order. All in all a great experience and I love the clothes. Ordered 3 shirts and a pair of shorts, had an email to say it had been dispatched 2 weeks ago. no other update since, so it never arrived and no one responded to my email regarding this.
