Engineer attended promptly and assessed the problem with my bath. The necessary parts were ordered quickly, I was kept informed at all stages, and the engineer attended again 3 days later and fitted ther new parts quickly and efficiently. I received a follow-up phone call from the office to confirm that everything was done to my satisfaction. Excellent Service all round!

Expensive service for nothing
signed up to Care Club to reduce potential expenditure on plumbing. I signed in November and reported a leak from my Shower in January. They sent a plumber in the time window promised at 9:30. The plumber left at 9:45 to look for a part. We heard nothing more and at 2:00 pm, I called The care Club customer service, who said they would call me back. I still hadn't heard anything by 3:45 and again called. I then spoke to Benjamin who informed me that the part required was obsolete and couldn't be fixed, so it fell outside the terms and conditions of the agreement. They said they could offer a replacement , like for like at a cost of £560. When I said that was outrageous service and that I would cancel my direct debit, it was pointed out that the only way of cancelling the contract was to pay for the full 18 months, as i was beyond my 14 day cooling off period. I eventually got my shower fixed / replace for £312 and despite lengthy talks , which I had to make to their " Customer Service " department, to Salma and Aimen, no concessions were made , even though I offered to pay for half the contact to end it for effectively no service or anticipated service whatsoever. I have now paid the full 18 month total £190,as I am heartily sick of my dealings with this company.

The plumber, Rob Murdoch, arrived on time. He carried out the work very professionally, and left the bathroom in a clean state.

and arranged to get it fixed, The plumber arrived on time and sorted all my problems out.
Accepting that mistakes happen I must report that once they were aware of my problems they reacted promptly and were very pleasant.
In view of this response I have awarded 5 stars for client satisfaction and will be renewing my membership

A simple replacement of a bathroom. First didn't show up - so it was re-aaranged. Second guy didn't show up - it it was to be re-arranged. Their sub-contarctor wasn't returning calls - so no date fixed. I got bolshie and suddenly a guy appeared that evening. Did a great job in 15 minutes - but far too long to wait for Care Plan action

Sam and Ryan were engineers today. They were here for my annual service and went above and beyond. They are very efficient and tidy, kept me informed every step of the way as I had a pressure problem with the boiler. They put me in the right direction and the problem is now being solved with the manufacturer. They were able to let me know my warranty is valid for another few years. They were excellent and I wish every person I dealt with had half the professionalism and work ethic that those two gents had today. Thank you so much. I will be staying with Rightio, and highly recommend the company.

The engineer was very helpful explaining clearly what the problem was with our toilet. He was quick and efficient and soon solved the problem

Plumbing Engineer Rob came on time, was very friendly and approachable. He assessed the problem very professionally and sorted the problem out without delay. We couldn’t fault the service we received from Rightio and would recommend them.

Mike the engineer was professional and was explaining to me everything along the way to help me understand the issue.
Communication with the company is great, always calling and checking after the finished job if I was happy with it.
Taking out a plan with them is a good way to cover yourself in case of an emergency.

From start to finish everyone was very professional the engineer was on time very respectful to myself and properly very informative on the work being carried out I myself worked in gas industry for 45 years and honestly these people are a credit to it
