Providing you can convey the gravity of your situation over the phone I found both the Care Club personal and the boiler engineer first class and extremely response to my situation. The boiler needed a part to perform properly again and I think things went as swiftly as they could under the circumstances. Can't fault the team, well done.

Time given to attend for service was between 8 - 12, time arrived 14.10, I had to ring at 12 to find out what was going on, no courtesy call to say running late.

Service overall was good, explained what the reading are and were there should be, guy was friendly and easy to chat with.

I did have plans for the day, no put off, for the next day..would have been 5 stars.

Contact centre helpful, servicing is prompt.
HOWEVER They don’t leave copies of servicing info and gas safety certificates. You have to ring and chase every document. Useless now that we legally have to leave them with tenants.

Great work, really tidy and efficient. Explained everything before completing the job. Very pleased with the end result.

Sophie pitched up on time, giving a heads up when she was on the way. Identified remedial work required during the service, with a subsequent visit to fix it all up. Clean and tidy, no hassle at all.

the Engineer was nice and early introduced himself,did a good job.

The Engineer arrived on time in the morning and did a very good job he was very professional and friendly. There was an issue with previous work that had been done years ago when the kitchen was extended which he successfully diagnosed and fixed that as part of his testing of the new distribution board install.

No issue at all, all went very smooth

Engineer was great but booking experience definitely not. Tried emailing but no response ,tried direct messaging for call back ,no response. Only had success when actually telephoning and holding for some considerable time.
