The engineer came out the day after we reported the problem. He even phoned to let us know when he would be with us on the day.
He repaired the U bend with very little fuss and leaving no mess behind.
Would recommend Care Club to anyone.

Very happy with the whole experience. Job was completed quickly and efficiently the following day. Customer Care were friendly and polite in booking the job and the plumber was also friendly and took the time to explain the solution. We were kept informed at every step regarding his arrival.

Took over 2 weeks to get my toilet flush. Phoned up on 16th July was told they couldn't come until the 21st of July July then told on the morning should of come there wasn't anyone to come as the workmen had phoned in sick and it would have to rebook for them to fix it which it was arranged for 24th July where a lovely gentleman came out but was very apologetic that he could only do a temporary repair as a new part was needed and he didn't want to leave a wheelchair user without a toilet and he would or the part right away and it should be here the following monday/Tuesday. Still had arrived on the Wednesday so phoned to see where it was to be told it still hadn't arrived and didn't know when it would arrive or fitted it i told them was discusting to have to wait this long especially as a wheelchair user and I certainly wouldn't be recommending Care Club to my friends in the future. Finally it was fixed on the 30th july by the gentleman who came the first time a extremely unhappy customer.

Although the plumber was a little after the scheduled timeline he was really friendly and efficient. Done within the hour gave us lovely feedback with regard to the job he carried out for us. He was a great advert for Rightio Plumbers and the care club. Worth the monthly outlay for peace of mind. Yes it was worth it!

Excellent service throughout. The initial phone call was handled very well, with a timely appointment scheduled the next day with a sensible time slot. At the appointed time, Bill, the electrician, was superb. It was one of the best service experience in a long while.

This company only sends you one email before automatically renewing your policy which ties you to a contract for 1 year. They don't send any reminders or other notifications that the price is increasing. They do not respond to your emails, chatbot messages or letters you send them but are very quick to send you threatening letters and texts. I do not recommend them at all. They're all about getting your money.

Although I had bought the wrong toilet seat, so it wouldn't fit without moving the toilet.
Joseph was quite prepared to go and buy a new seat that would fit my toilet, and proceeded to fit it in place so effortlessly.

Care Club / Rightio company have been a pleasure to deal with. Zaheer has kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Super informative and helpful, always calling at times agreed, following up with emails where requested, he couldn't have been more helpful. Shahid the Engineer; and his apprentice, who came to the property were equally as polite and efficient, competing the work in one day by working well into the evening. Highly experienced, kept me informed throughout the day, no mess or inconvenience, a really positive experience. Highly recommend!!
