New to Careium but so far my experience of the order process and interactions with their team has been professional and courteous. They followed up on some missing information. I spoke with Ahmad Valli among others, who was very helpful.

Sadie Younas came out to respond to my neighbours emergency call button after having a fall. She went above and beyond to help, very caring and efficient as well as reassuring to my elderly neighbour. She didn’t leave until he was settled and comfortable Highly recommend to give u the piece of mind for your loved one’s safety.

Yvonne Szigeti understood why I was calling to cancle the contract and walked me through the process with ease.

Hope Weremiej was very helpful and sorted my issue very efficiently.
the service was very good and helped a couple of times in picking up a problem quickly.

I needed to get an alarm removed from a property. The customer service given to me by a staff member called Hope was fantastic by understanding the issue to be addressed and answering questions, they changed the plan according to subsequent information provided without me having to contact other departments. This was all done within approximately 2 hours of emails being answered promptly and professionally.

I spoke with Amy Woollett today to find out if Mum could upgrade her pendant to one that she could speak directly into & hear from the call handler. Mum had recently used her current pendant to call for help but couldn't hear the call handler & vice versa as the base station was too far away. Amy explained that Careium have one called Abby which has this function & gave me more information about it plus arranged to email me the details.

Amy also gave an update re the package Mum currently receives & that Mum is due an equipment update.
Amy was very helpful, polite & professional. Plus the email detailing our call & links to the products we discussed came through straight after our call, along with her contact details.

Denys Oleksiienko was extremely helpful and very understanding and sympathetic when I told him we no longer needed the personal panic alarms because my father has passed away and my Mum will never be left on her own in the house again.

Spoke to Amy and Fizza Hussain as wanted a few queries answered before purchasing this for my mum. My sister had also called to ask a few questions. We were both impressed with how pleasant, cheerful and helpful all the people we spoke to were. They had all the information we needed and were patient with us bombarding them with questions. Very happy with the service we have received.

We have a careline provided by Careium and needed one of the call buttons replacing with a falls sensor.
An appointment was made for a visit on the 9th July,and Luke came to sort things out for us.
Luke provided a full and comprehensive explanation and demonstration of how the alarm button works.
Luke is a very pleasant and personable young man, providing a professional service, with care and empathy.
We highly recommend Luke and Careium and have every faith in their services going forward.

I would just like to say what a brilliant company this is with super staff especially Nasreen Akhtar and Nick Fennelly who looked after my dad so well when he fell and couldn’t get up. They made him feel safe and comfortable and explained exactly what was happening step by step. There was no rush once he was upright they made sure he felt ok before moving into his chair. This was all done safely in a kind friendly manner with some humour too which my dad loves. Special thanks to Nick who came to help with the equipment even though he had just finished his shift. We can highly recommend careium thank you so much. 😊

Amy sorted my issue straight away- it was something that I was thinking may not be straightforward but Amy sorted quickly and efficiently. Luke came to replace my elderly uncle's care line alarm. He was courteous and explained everything extremely well. He also set up some extra features that we may want to use. Overall a friendly and professional service. I would happily recommend this company.
