A wonderful member of the CareLineLive team.

We have been live with CareLineLive since the middle of October and have been extremely satisfied with all the support that we have received from them. The support team respond to you in a timely manner and endeavour to resolve you queries as quickly as possible. Although it is a lottery which member of the support team you will get when you contact them. We seem to get Coleen a great deal. Coleen has an open, friendly and practical way of working which works well in this enviroment. Thank you Coleen

5* Customer Service

There has always been someone on hand if ever we have had a need for guidance. Every member of the team have been extremely helpful and professional whenever I have needed support.
The CLL software is very easy to use and the training provided was very useful. Any new features are explained in detailed emails but can always call the support team with any queries.
Special credit to Colleen who deals with my occasional meltdowns when having any technical difficulties!!

Best Software for Dom Care out There

From the very beginning, One years ago, the software and support is catered to suit the needs of our organisation, being guided through the processes from onboarding to day to day operations, the support team are first class, as a Domicillary care service, we hadn't experienced a system, which was specifically designed for domiciliary services, which careline live is, they always welcome new ideas, contact , queries issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, whilst continuing to develop new, areas to support the delivery of our service. Industry must have

From start to finish. All interactions with every member of staff has been friendly, professional and at times very patient with our lack of computer skills and know how.
The training is a must and makes the system more usable and every question is treated respectfully and within a good timeline. The system has streamlined our business so much and reduced cost of time spent writing careplans and balancing rotas and payroll. Our staff find the system easy to use and the real time reporting is great.

Great service. Definitely people centred.

I am delighted to sing the praises of the support my company receives from CLL. Even the most mundane questions are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner, without making you feel like the village idiot. I am extremely critical as, prior to CLL, all scheduling capabilities had been developed inhouse. The only criticism I have that the reports are quite basic, but could be enhanced by using key unique ids in reports , so that users could easily combine reports if that was their desire.

Outstanding Service

We have recently moved from another digital provider and CareLine Live is so much better. It is very easy to use and we love that if we get stuck on anything we can get an answer either straight away through the search function or someone will get back to us very quickly to answer any questions. The rota is so easy to use and we have picked it up quickly. We would highly recommend it!!

We have used care line live for 3 years…

We have used care line live for 3 years now, and the development and ease of use has been phenomenal, the customer care team is always really friendly and supportive, regardless of how frustrated i have been, and 99% its sorted quite quickly. i would love a HR tab on the Carers section, just to make it easier to sort information, and they are always open to ideas and some have been through development and i can see them in action today. to name a few staff who have been amazing, Colleen, Dec, Howell, Sean, Marie, and Merina. these are from across the company and have been wonderful in supporting me and listening to my lengthy ideas!

After one of our colleagues who dealt with CLL fell poorly, the rest of the team then had to step up and get more involved with using the software, the CLL team have been exceptional in providing support and help.

Careline is the best ECM we have used

Careline is the best ECM we have used; It has all that is needed to complete a concise care plan.
The support that we receive when we have a query is so quick.
We have never had an outstanding query for a long time because, as well as raising a ticket, the AI gives you advice on how to find the answer. Even then, the team will contact us to ensure that we have found what we need.
And in addition, they have carer awards monthly. This is a lovely touch and much appreciated by those in the sector.
