Great System and Customer Support
We have been with carelinelive for 4 years now and find the system great, its is very user friendly with Help at the touch of a button. Careline are always close by to help and assist with any issues and do so in a promptly manner understanding the importance of reaction time to ensure we keep delivering our care. All round great company and great staff.

Best ECM on the market
We moved from another ECM provider at the end of 2022 due to non responsive to issues that we were raising. We are happy to be working with careline live as they respond quickly to queries. We also noted that their development team is always working as we have new additions/ features from time to time that are enhancing the use of the ECM. CareLineLive are really good and the customers love the app where they can see the care support given to their loved one in real time. From the very beginning
From the very beginning, 5 ish years ago, the software and support is catered to suit the needs of our organisation, being guided through the processes from onboarding to day to day operations, the support team are first class, as a Dom care service, we hadn't experienced a system, which was specifically designed for domiciliary services, which careline live is, they always welcome new ideas, contact , queries issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, whilst continuing to develop new, areas to support the delivery of our service.

One of the best domiciliary Care Electronic System
One of the best domiciliary Care Electronic System software. It is easy to understand and also easy to use by both carers and back-office management team.
It is efficient and high in quality compared to some of the previous systems that we used. They have a support team who are always on hand to give assistance when needed and they are also easy to reach.
My CQC inspector was very impressed with most of the features on CareLineLive especially the Medication management Plan.

They answer the phone and deliver what they promise
We were recommended to CareLineLive from another care agency who, like us, had been with a different software provider and were not happy with either the software itself or the support.
CareLineLive has been brilliant. The onboarding process was smooth and nowhere near as onerous as we thought it would be. It is easy to use, even for our less tech savvy staff, and the training set us up nicely for day to day use.
If we do struggle with anything we can either watch the How To videos, message the support team or call. They actually do answer the phone and are always very patient with us.
Highly recommended.

POOR SUPPORT SYSTEM (OUT OF HOURS)
I believe service delivery and support should be available when it is needed and not when it suits the provider. I had issues with figures generated from the report vs actual hours delivered by staff. I sent multiple requests via live platforms and phone calls (left messages as instructed) but got no response for days. When I finally got one, I was asked to wait till the new year. This means I cannot pay staff with reliable data by the end of December when they are due payment. This is not good for anyone as I will have to undo a lot in the new year after paying with the error unresolved now.

Brilliant time saving care software that is fully adaptable to own individual needs and data can be easily shared with appropriate people
I have used many different care planning software in the the past and have previously used this one when working for a different company and It was my first choice when I started my own care business.
There are many wonderful time saving features and it is constantly being updated and improved. I love the fact that I can share all or very specific information with clients family members and medical professionals (with the client's permission of course)
Invoicing is so much quicker, previously I was downloading spreadsheets, separating the clients and pasting into their own files then copying tables to invoice, now once its all set up the invoices are created automatically and all I have to do is check them and either print them or email to clients. There is a similar function with the client schedules, these can be emailed or printed either individually or for all at once.
Since I last used this software there is now some additional features such as carers being able to record observations such as food and fluid intake and the introduction of body maps, which you can specifically mark where creams need to be applied or positions on the body that are frequently painful and these can be attached to the client's file and viewed by the carers in the app.
Another amazing feature is that help is always at hand, you can search within the app, or if you can't find the answer yourself there is the option to request help from a human being who respond in pretty timely manner (I haven't had to use this yet so far, so can't say how quick the response time is) But I know you can either phone, email or send an online request and the team are always happy to help

I have only been with care line live for a couple of months and they have been extremely helpful with my onboarding and any questions that I have had in between. This is the most in depth and thorough system I have worked with. All staff are extremely friendly.

We use careline live with our rostering system. It is a good database which helps in the day to day management. Sarah has particularly been helpful in supporting our team if we need any help or clarification. She has taken us through process in great detail to ensure we are using careline to its full function.
