Customer care is premium
Customer care service is in America, they answer their phones but the quality of the products is why I choose to pay out of pocket. I am aware Medicaid would pay for them but the incontinent products were causing skin to breakdown as the diapers would explode so the gel beads were all over despite frequent changes & the tabs easily ripped. The service provided and speed of shipping with Carewell is top quality. I find comfort knowing there’s a person on the other end of the phone that can give me a solid answer and assistance. I will continue with Carewell.

I love this place.
Since I have been a regular customer, I have never received an incomplete, or in anyway error-ed order. The prices are reasonable, and delivery often takes place within 12 hours. I love this place!

Asmaa was nice and knowledgeable. I love the professionalism, the products and timely shipments. My mom loves all of her hygiene products that you offer and that we purchase.
I have 1 concern. Out of the years ordering, I have never received a coupon. I have mentioned this concern to several supervisors and associates. I believe, twice I was given $10.00 off of an order.
I would love to see coupons or offers that will decrease my bi-monthly orders.
My mom is a senior citizen that loves your products. Her skin is amazing. No sores, rashes or leakage.
Lastly, I recommend you to family and friends often.
