Sadly I had to have my lovely cat put down recently. It was a very sad time and a difficult decision to make.
She was 18 and was abandoned at birth, along with her siblings, when her mum was killed by a car.
In view of this start in life I was determined she should be loved and cared for all her life.
She was such a loving cat and a constant companion. I will miss her dreadfully.
Carewell Vets were marvellous, as always.
This practice is excellent, and everything done with compassion and great sensitivity.
I cannot praise them highly enough for all the care they have shown my cats .Thank you .

They canceled my autoship formula order and never informed me. They also always delivered 2-3 days after the expected delivery window. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I was kind of nervous because I had never heard of Carewell and I saw they were located on the East Coast and since I am on the West Coast, my hopes of receiving my item soon weren’t very high. Carewell left me pleasantly surprised. The shipping was very fast. The communication throughout the order process just further proved to me that they really do value their customers. They are very professional, the communication was informative and thorough. And I love the item that I received. I called late Friday afternoon to place an order. I was advised my order would arrive on Monday or Tuesday which was acceptable. I was surprised to be notified on Friday evening that my order had shipped. Saturday morning I was notified that my order was out for delivery. Less than 24 hours had passed between placing the order and having it in my hands. The shipping cost is always reasonable and the associates friendly.

I have been ordering nutritional shakes on a monthly basis for my in-laws, since January 2021. CAREWELL has an exceptional understanding of the lives of caregivers and it shows in everything they do. Qualified military receive a 10% discount and they offer free shipping on orders over $49.00. Their shipping is extremely dependable - to the point it leaves me pondering why other companies don't seem to know their secret and insist upon charging ridiculous rates for subpar deliveries. Ninety-nine percent of the time, my in-laws receive their product within two days of ordering. I cannot express the level of customer service this company provides!!! Their customer service department is EXCELLENT, in every way!!! CAREWELL covers all bases when it comes to treating their customers well. I feel comfortable assuming their philosophy is simply this - they treat their clients like they would like to be treated! It shows with every single interaction I have ever had with their employees.

As someone with the bladder issues related to multiple sclerosis, I have shopped for years to find the best product and prices as I wear incontinence undergarments and pads. For the last few years, I've been using Tena products which are made in the USA and provide the help I need. I routinely shop for the best buys and, while this may change, Carewell is by far the least expensive and the delivery is excellent. In addition, they have other medical supply products I was unaware of I've found of benefit. Glad I found Carewell.
