I have such a beautiful, amazing crystal collection thanks to this lovely couple. Love going to the shop, I can get lost for hours. It’s hilarious when gimley takes a liking to you and he goes round and round the tables while they try to catch him. Maz, Ricky and mum who’s often around in the background are the most down to earth couple. The instergram live sales are a must to watch. For learning and for comedy. I have learnt so much from Carpe Crystals and you have had me in tears of laughter . Thank you 🙏

I just received my order today and I am in awe. The crystals I bought were by no means cheap and although they were a bit pricy, let's face it, they also are super unusual. I can 100% say I didn't find those pieces anywhere else (online) in the UK not even to compare prices! The pieces are super beautiful, high quality and unique. All natural! I bought them on online live sales and on the website and this was a fun and easy process. They also accomodated my delivery for the day I requested. Will surely buy again and definitely recommend. Again, not cheap but unique. I am not talking about one rock but every single purchase I made!

Max and Ricky are two lovely humans who have a vast knowledge of crystals and go out of their way to tell us consumers about things we should be aware of when purchasing crystals. I’ve been buying crystals from Ricky and Max for years and I’ve loved every piece I’ve purchased. They’ve gone above and beyond to hand deliver many of the larger crystals I’ve purchased too. They’re knowledgeable about both the properties and ethical sourcing of their crystals and importantly a really lovely couple. Down to earth and always a joy to interact with. They’re funny, genuine, work hard and love dogs! Need I say anymore :)

I have bought thousands of pounds worth of crystals from Maz and Ricky including a gorgeous orca agate statement piece and a one of a kind multi-enhydro crystal (to name two of the more expensive pieces).

Everything about this couple and their business Carpe Crystals is absolute good vibes, consummate professionalism and above and beyond!! I'm from Scotland and they arranged to drive across London to hand deliver something to me when I happened to be down for business! They didn't have to do that, they could have charged me postage!!

They are an absolute pleasure to interact with 💗 they crystals I receive are stunning and are exactly as shown and described 👌 The customer service is also 2nd to none, they go above and beyond in all aspects and reply in a very quick and timely manner each and every time I have messaged / sent a DM about anything! They have even checked in on me when I was sick!! The experience I have had with Maz and Ricky goes beyond what any business big or small have ever done for me. They take time out for my requests which other sellers have found a burden (me for instance asking for more photos or info on past purchases as tbh my memory isn't that good and I have started to label all my crystals in my collection) They genuinely make the whole experience customer based approach a dream!! Really wish I could give Maz and Ricky so much more than 5 stars 🌟 Carpé Crystals is honestly the best, they provide the most beautiful ethically sourced crystals, provide the best customer service and of course the most amazing entertainment on their live sales. They go above and beyond for their customers from giveaways, free gifts when buying from lives, discounts. I’ve gone as far to get their logo tattooed for 20% off for life, yes that’s just how great they truly are! 😂.

Knowing all they do to help literally everyone from customers, other small businesses and the absolutely amazing work they do to help raise money for Congo Children’s Trust Kimbilio, this just shows what great people they all are at Carpé Crystals.

Visiting the store is breathtaking. All the statement crystals they have are just amazing, and Maz and Ricky are so full of knowledge they can tell you where the crystal is from, the properties, how it’s formed, and some of the stories behind the crystals whether that be the miners or the historical side of things. This just shows how much passion they have for all they do. The events they hold/attend through out the year are so much fun, the first time I went to the store was for the Easter Egg hunt and it was to find small eggs in the store to win crystals or get discounts! Planning to attend more of the events they are at this year!

I stumbled across Carpe Crystals on Instagram while they did a live sale one evening and fell in love with not only the amazing stock and fair prices, but also the witty banter between Maz and Ricky and their audience. It really feels like a group of friends, getting together to talk about crystals and they offer a welcoming space for newcomers like myself. I have since been to many live sales and purchased many a crystal from them and the quality is always 10/10. I’d recommend Carpe Crystals to any Crystal lover.

One of the only places I will buy my crystals from, I have got some beautiful pieces over the years for my collection from Carpe with each experience being a positive one. Maz and Ricky are always so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. You can see how much passion they both have for the crystal world… they also regularly host sales and competitions to raise money for amazing charities and communities, they fearlessly share the harsh truths of the mining realities often overlooked by many, and aim to share ethically sourced, high energy crystals at a fair price. I mean what company will heavily discount or literally gives crystals away for NO reason other than being so lovely?!! ‘Ricky’s Random Giveway’ is famous on the lives 🤣 (you have to join the lives on instagram btw - they will have you cracking up! They are hilarious!) They have also hidden crystals in caves for people to find on walks!
They educate us about the ethics industry , get guests in to share knowledge, hold charity auctions and promote other businesses always!
I could go on forever about why I love Carpe! Thank you for being incredible guys! Never stop doing what you do as it never goes unnoticed!
