i have checked into what occurred with your order for Barrier matting which we offered to replace the matting that you ordered incorrectly with a correctly sized mat and also offered to fully refund you on receipt of the incorrect matting. I am not sure why you are claiming that we refused to send the correct one as its simply untrue. i have arranged for staff to contact you directly inorder to arrange for a replacement barrier mat and also to arrange for the incorrect one to be returned to us for refund. Also i am not sure why you have placed another review below this one for the same Order ref 8850 in the name of Max.
i trust that we can resolve this satisfactorily and i will contact you directly to ensure all is resolved

wrong size bad service
ordered a carpet and the CARPET UNDERLAY SHOP, send us wrong size, and after exhausting exchange of emails, they simple didn't change their mistake. Very disappointed.
