I fell across this company and glad I did. Took a chance and ordered new flooring and beading for the living room. The quality is excellent, beading came seperate so dont think they forgot, it does say in the dispatched email it arrives at a later date. I have had a great experience, hassle free. As I am on a budget, they are way,way cheaper after I had priced up from a couple of other places.
I will be going to order for the rest of the house from this company. Awesome.

Ordered my new flooring and it arrived within 3 days the delivery driver was great the communication between ordering and delivery was fantastic and the flooring is stunning the colour is exactly what I was looking for would definitely recommend this company

Poor customer services
Flooring turned up damaged and has cost me an additional £175 for it to be completed 10days lead time on a standard delivery look elsewhere as it’s complete hassle dealing with these guys

After a delay in our original flooring, due to unforeseen circumstances. We decided to change our flooring, Jess was amazing with keeping us up to date and even gave us a nice discount, as a good will gesture for the delays. Can't praise them enough!

I am happy with the flooring, but I am very disappointed with the measurements I gave and the online calculator estimating I needed 10 packs over, which I have had to return at my expense. It estimated 10 packs for a living room and hallway and I used 5 1/2.

I ordered £600 worth of flooring for 3 rooms in our home, happily paid an extra £55 for Saturday delivery as we weren’t going to be in.

They sent me a payment link through email, which I said I was unhappy using because of phishing, customer service were unhelpful and told me that’s the only way in a defensive tone. I asked if I could speak with a manager, Joey then called me over WhatsApp, I mentioned I work in cyber security to provide context to my concerns, he seemed more concerned with disproving my career than understanding and helping me. Arguing with me, interrupting while I tried to explain my concerns, his attitude was rude and condescending. After much back and forth, he said I could pay on the website instead of through their payment link.

I don’t understand why a company wouldn’t try to understand a customer’s concerns and address them? It’s as if you’re a bother to them, it’s a shame really, the flooring is really nice, but I won’t be using them again.

Even now, after taking the time to write a review, they’d rather be defensive than address the problem. If that doesn’t prove their insincerity, I don’t know what will!

LVT arrived on time and was just as described. It went down without to much hassle. Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Ordered online used the floor calculator ordered natural oak one click LVT it arrived a few days later palleted wrapped very well it’s easy to lay, only tool needed for 90% was a Stanley Knife score a couple of times snaps cleanly I’m no floor fitter it took me a couple of hours 2/3rds of house now done using the flooring from this company well satisfied.

Fab experience. Kept upto date with delivery. SPC flooring arrived on two pallets. Easy to lay and looks amazing once laid.

I would never use this company again, they will take your money on stuff they dont have

I ordered my flooring and colour matched beading and ramp for a doorway

Flooring arrived, no beading or ramp, contacted and was then told it comes separately, no one advised that before but ok

Started laying the floor

Get a call Sunday, we dont have your ramp in colour match, can offer white or silver, i said no it will look horrible so they offered refund on the ramp

Next day I get refund for ramp and beading

I contacted asking why as I need the beading, i was all showing in stock available when i ordered

They are adamant guy told me Sunday they offered me white, (he did but only on the ramp) and I refused so they were refunding

I now have to hope I can find a good enough colour match from B and Q or Wickes, i wish id just bought from there in the first place

Very good quality flooring! Soooo happy with it and easy to lay. I ordered more to join my hallway in as I loved it so much

Ordered and paid for carpet and told to call to arrange fitting. I made many calls and fitting was finally arranged, however fitter did not turn up. I was told it would be fitted the day after, it wasnt. I was given another date for fitting, no suprise, fitter didnt turn up. I still do not have my carpet. Calls are rarely answered, promised returned calls are never received. Used Floor Depot several times before and chose to ignore the negative reviews again this time, but I will most definitely not use them again! Avoid at all costs!

I bought a bundle of laminate with free underlay, which I upgraded and spent about £300 total. It has done my living room, hallway and landing and we have almost 4 boxes left over. It's very good quality, looks beautiful and went down easily. Delivery was very quick and I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Really pleased with pur purchase of Black Slate 2.5mm LVT Herringbone. We have completed our look for the dining room. Fiddly things, but got it done in 2 days and looks amazing. Delivery was quick and on time. Quality of the tiles are great.
