Late delivery
Timeline provided weas incorrect. Stated upto a week and was two weeks. Delivery time repeatedly changed and had to be chased
In the end I had to arrange collection myself with no discount for the "Free collection" provided.

Sorry to hear that the delivery did not go as you were hoping. Our standard delivery timescales are only ever an estimate and delivery dates cannot be confirmed until we are in receipt of your material from the supplier. Unfortunately deliveries from suppliers to ourselves can sometimes be slightly delayed and apologies if this wasn't communicated, we strive to always keep customers updated.
As you were never charged for the delivery, this isn't something we would provide a refund for unless you paid additionally for next day or named day delivery.

Ordered a sample which arrived within a few days, we then placed an order for the flooring.
Arrived in 2 days, we received a text to inform us of the time, and everything was delivered in perfect condition.
Very happy with the quality and found the staff very helpful when I contacted them with a query.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Unfair terms
Ordered twice, first time went ok as they contacted me to confirm a delivery day. I also received tracking from the delivery company.
Second time, very different experience. I had no notification of delivery at all from them or the delivery company; they said they called but they certainly didn't verify a delivery date with me and I have no message. I happened to contact them to find out where the delivery was on the day it was coming. I was not going to be in and would never have agreed to that date if they had bothered to check. I was told I would have to repay the delivery charge and that was what I agreed to. Jokes, so they don't confirm a delivery date, you get no notification at all then they expect you to magically know to be in and shoulder the cost of redelivery if you are not. Apparently this is in terms and conditions I signed up for that I have seen nowhere. They can come up with whatever terms and conditions they want but they need to be fair to stand, this is anything but and counts for nothing except rotten customer service. I fortunately managed to get through to the delivery people and sorted out the delivery as it had not yet gone out for that day but this put me off any future orders.

Our policy is to call all customers at the time of dispatch to notify them of delivery but unfortunately in this instance our team were unable to get hold of you. We dispatch orders promptly to ensure timely delivery within 2-3 days and further updates are sent automatically by our third party delivery partner. Apologies if these were not received in your case. It is always our intention to keep customers fully informed about when to expect their delivery, whilst also ensuring that orders are dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Late delivery
Delivery was not made until 19:20 and driver was expecting to pick up a item to be returned, which was not the case.
Driver was very polite and helpful though

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we aren't able to guarantee a time slot for standard deliveries and they can arrive any time of day, although usually they do arrive before 5pm. Apologies for any inconvenience this caused, we hope you are happy with our overall service and your new flooring.
Excellent sales and after customer service
Very helpful with choosing the tiles and very competitive on price. Delivery was super quick also.. ordered on the Friday and delivered the other side of the country on the Tuesday.
Will definitely be using again
