Please stay clear of this company, they have had 2 attempts at laying my carpet correctly and they now inform me it is out of warranty and i would be charged for someone to attend.

Would advise staying clear from this company we had laminate and lino put down. I can't fault the quality of the laminate but the lino is an absolute state. We have 2 different fitters on 2 different occasions out to stick this down and the whole thing is coming up (it has been down less than a year) the product is such poor quality very thin and damages very easily which is no good for a high traffic areas like a kitchen. The fitters were in a rush when attending and lied claiming we had left our original floor down and it hadn't stuck because it was on top of lino so they didn't have to return. Even after sending proof that this was incorrect and chasing the full day to get someone back we never received an apology. They also left the lino invoice on our kitchen side which showed the kitchen and bathroom only cost them £60 but we paid hundreds. I could accept this if my flooring was actually stuck down.

Absolutely disgusted with this company the owners wife came to my father's to measure up his bedroom which isn't that big probably 10x10 if that he stated he just wanted a carpet for a few hundred pounds. He's ended up paying nearly £500 he's tried to cancel this baring in mind she turned up after 5 the previous evening we tried to cancel just after 10 the next morning..All he got was it can't be cancelled as it's been ordered and cut. But it's not getting fitted for another 8 days complete rubbish. She never even explained there terms and conditions to him he's 83 year's old and to me they have just exploited an old man..STAY away from these cowboy's..

The company were brilliant, called out and took all measurements and showed us samples of what they had to offer. We placed the order there and then and delivery date was given on the same day. The fitters arrived at a good time, absolutely spot on pair of lads very polite and brilliant at their job. Also cannot fault the quality of the carpets, absolutely fantastic through the whole experience. I will definitely use this company again.

Had this company out twice in the last 2 weeks. I was looking for a carpet fitting company with a fast turnaround and they delivered both times
Great speedy turnaround and nice carpets.
Price was reasonable and happy with the result.

On the 1st visit the fitter did not take away all the rubbish (something i had paid additional for)
On the 2nd visit the fitters never fitted the new door strips on the floor, simply reused the old ones (the new ones were apparently part of the proce i was paying)
I did not notice until they had finished the job.

Overall 3*.. decent product, fast turnaround, reasonable price (just a shame the fitters do not complete the job 100%)

Fitted a week later,could have been earlier if I had wanted it.

Not only did they fit the carpet,but took the old carpet up and disposed of it too.

What an easy experience from start to finish….. my grandparents ordered a carpet, carpets to your door came out. They brought a selection of carpets and helped them choose. Price was great and fitting went ahead as planned. fantastic experience.

Richard came out on Thursday to measure for a bedroom carpet and Monday morning and it’s down and fitted. Amazing service from start to finish from Richard helping me pick my carpet, Jess in the office and fitters who were respectful of my newly decorated room and moved furniture for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me ☺️

We needed a new lounge/diner carpet and another for hall, stairs and landing. Our surveyor arrived (late), measured up for both carpets and gave us a price for the carpets we chose including fitting, lifting and disposing of the old carpets and for moving lounge/dining furniture as part of one of their fitting plans.

Booked a day for fitting and I arranged a day off work. Fitters arrived, lifted the hall, stairs & landing carpets and laid underlay. They then unrolled the new carpet which contained a series of marks. They explained that this wasn't acceptable so arranged for another carpet to be delivered a couple of days later. We agreed at that point to leave the lounge carpet as it was and this could be fitted on their next visit a couple of days later.

Two days later and another day off work, the fitters arrived again with a replacement stairs carpet. During fitting they had more bad news in that there wasn't enough carpet to finish the stairs - about 4 stairs short, stating it was measured incorrectly. They also had a measure of the lounge and stated that they couldn't fit this one either as it had also been measured short. Just as well that they left the old lounge carpet in place.

Another day was arranged to complete the stairs and lounge so another day off work. On this third visit they managed to complete the work which - had the measuring been correct during the surveyors visit - should have only taken the original one day.

Plus points - the fitters did a fine job and were given the job of delivering the bad news.
Negative points - three days off work, no follow-up call after all work completed and no gesture of goodwill from carpets to your door in view of the catalogue of issues.

We had a price for fitting new kitchen flooring but we will certainly not be using carpets to your door.

Arranged for fitters to come the following Tuesday morning
Tuesday arrived 9am got a text to say they were delayed would be with me late morning/lunch.
2pm my daughter rang to see where they were and was told they would be with me within the hour.
3pm fitters turned up. Must say they have done a fantastic job,but would have preferred them to turn up as was arranged in the morning,this meant I had to rearrange for my granddaughter to be picked up from nursery.

I have previously used this company and no problem before which is why i chose them again, it all started well Michelle who came out to measure was great very helpful, we ordered the carpet all going well so far untill the day of the fit and then pardon the pun but things went threw the floor from then. Fitters arrived 3 hours late for what appears to have been there last job of the day, as the job progressed to the tune of a fitter farting and swearing and unfortunately quietly spilling tea down my freshly painted wall, it became apparent despite having the measurements that there didn't appear to be enough carpet for the step into the room. Another piece of carpet was ordered for the steps, this arrived the following week when the fitters returned and cobbled together a jigsaw of carpet with nails appearing through after a further complaint to the office about this they insisted that the same fitters returned to correct there mistakes, making a better job than previously, however they omitted to fit the carpet strip that was previously promised.Having informed the office of the missing strip and the fact that I was left less than impressed by the whole experience it was around a week before receiving a reply regarding the strip which I have declined having tired of having to take time of work for the fitters to come out, I'm quite sure when I get someone else go fit my stair carpet they can add one of these for me.

The lady came around to the house to measure up and gave us the quote for the Bathroom floor. She said it needed 'screeding' and it would cost £134.95.

The fitter turned up on the agreed date and informed us that Screeding is for concrete, it just needed a little bit of 'feathering'. A quick five minute job as he only needed to cover a small area. He said he will be back later. The fitter was on the phone to somebody and we overheard him saying 'can you make sure she knows the difference between feathering and screeding'

He came back around 6:30pm and fitted the floor, they took the bathroom door off and didn't put it back on, they didn't seal the flooring nor did they put the silver bar in the doorframe, they appeared to be in a rush when they were here.

I complained to this company and spoke to a lady. She was very helpful at first and said she would get back to me. After I chased it up, she replied to me saying basically thats the price.

I have had trades people tell me the feathering they did was worth a fraction of what this company charged for this.

I have photos and will consider my next step but I would advise everybody to steer well clear of this company

I should first explain that I work for carpetstoyourdoor 1 day a week at their Seaham stand. I wanted to experience what a customer should expect so booked myself a timed appointment with a free quote as I needed new vinyl for my bathroom. Maurice duly arrived, on time and measured my bathroom. I had actually chosen the vinyl which made things easier but I'm absolutely delighted. A lot of you might think you expected me to say that but anyone who knows me knows that I am very honest and direct.
