Danny was exceptional with his service, he was quite patient and professional and always ready to respond to any questions and to help as much as possible. He made the process seamless. Good service and I recommend.

Brought a car in desperation through this company in early Feb and as soon as i went online I was literally hounded non stop on the phone. The agent who dealt with me chose garages that suited him and not to my location.

Managed to choose a car that was in London, so approximately 90miles from where i live. Collected the via a long train journey on Saturday with 3 changes.

Arrived at the so called dealership (more like a scarp yard). The dealer was evasive and was constantly on his phone, even gave me the wrong car docs.

Car drove fine the 90miles home. Within a week of of driving the car to and from work the engine oil came on, naturally topped up with oil. This corrected the fault. Within a week, the same light came on, again topped with oil and corrected the warning.
A few days later the engine maintenance light came on.
Feeling strongly suspicious that there was something seriously wrong with the car I attempted to car CarPlus to report the issues, there was naturally no answer, I also contacted the garage where the car was purchased from, and yet again no answers or responses to my texts or voicemails.
Tried many times in the next few days to contact both CarPlus and the garage, yet again no responses.
Eventually after a few days someone answered the phone, he then put me through to the agent who brokered the deal. He was not helpful at all and said you need to contact customer care through email. The wrong email was sent to me.
Sent several emails to the so called customer care care team at CarPlus, and to this day not a single response or acknowledgement of my circumstances.

You have been warned, this company are absolute sharks with no consideration for after sales. They will hound you pre sale and then ignore you went issues arise.

Not only did he stay on the call for over 45 minutes after his shift was finished, twice, but he also made sure I fully understood every step of the process. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so it all made sense.

Had great experience with Carplus, they help throughout the process to find the car I want. I had Alan as my liase , after 1st finance company oodle revoked offer ,Alan found a suitable replacement with rapidity .. there was a wee bit of messing around and waiting for the proverbial cogs to turn , but test drive ,car pick up and refinance was completed within 7 hours .will certainly use car plus again when next seeking broker for car finance.
