Very helpful and overall experience exceptional

Using car supermarket in Scunthorpe was very easy. They were very busy but still managed to fit us in to see a couple of cars that we requested to see. Shams was a great help and no pressure was ever applied to the sale.

Very friendly and helpful, easy to complete my purchase, can't fault CarSupermarket Service and staff, very helpful.

The buying experience was fine, but the handover was clunky and took quite some time.

I was happy with the service at CarSupermarket.com Grimsby because of the smooth processes with well explained details by the sales person, Oliver Cooper. His attention to details and patience made the difference.

Went to car supermarket after someone wrote my car off, spoke to a chap called Ash lovely fella and wasn't pushy in the slightest showed me around the car I was interested in, took time to talk to me and my family.

Went home and thought about the car and decided to go through with the sale which is where Ellie came into it.
She was also great, talked me through everything and sealed the deal.

The customer service shown by Garry and the rest of the staff I dealt with was second to none. It made the whole experience of buying a car very satisfying.

I got to have my Julia Robert’s moment. After establishing the car I came to look at wasn’t available the person “helping” me told me none were available similar (I found two). He did help me find a different model on line and pointed me out the door in the general direction of the relevant cars. Afterwards, when he saw me outside I mentioned I would be interested in sitting in a car I was made to feel that this was an absurd request. And he said if I wanted a test drive I would need to book (which was said as if it was a huge task). So, in order as not to cause more inconvenience I left. I am now the proud owner of a used car from a different garage. I hope the member of staff that “looked after” me isn’t typical of carsupermarket in Birmingham as there was a great range of well priced cars here - but my experience was very disappointing!

I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Barnsley to a friend because when we arrived we wern't pounced on, simply welcomed and directed to the showroom, we were left to browse the available vehicles at our leasure, trying them as needed, and even when one we found was locked someone was available to open it quickly.
We didnt get the same tratment from 2 competitors so came straight back to make our purchase of the car we had picked out.

John Ly made my whole experience amazing. I have previously bought cars from dealships and this was by far the best experience I've had. He is friendly, bubbly, down to earth, patient individual and was very open and transparent and took his time to listen and wasn't just about getting that sale.

When I bought the car, everything seemed fine, with friendly service and assistance. But the problems started when I picked it up and it was broken. After taking the car in for repairs, it got even worse. After a phone call with the service manager, I was told it wasn't that bad, because the car had 60,000 miles on it and there were no errors on the computer. However, there was an error and the engine wasn't working properly. It was intermittent and running erratically. In my opinion, the employees only issue engine faults and hope they don't reoccur. The company's policy is to spend as little money on repairs as possible; they don't care about customer satisfaction.

They are doing everything right, that is why I always come back to them whenever I'm thinking or selling my cars and I say keep the good work up

My experience at CarSupermarket.com Barnsley was memorable because the sales rep was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. The customer service was too good. Any problem just email and you get a call back. They followed up even after the purchase to make sure everything is okay and we are happy with the purchase. If any issues spotted they were ready to fix it immediately and no extra charges were claimed. I would definitely recommend them

When negotiating the purchase of our vehicle, we agreed that CarSupermarket.com would carry out a full automatic gearbox service (fluid and internal/external filters, valued at around £400), replace a wheel arch trim, and address a rust spot on the tailgate opening.

​Upon picking up the car, we were handed a pre-sales invoice with the itemized costs covered/hidden. Only after reviewing the part numbers at home did we realize they had only replaced 5 litres of transmission oil, completely skipping both required gearbox filters to cut costs.

​Cutting corners on agreed mechanical work and deliberately hiding invoice figures is not trustworthy behavior. I strongly advise future buyers to insist on seeing full, unedited workshop receipts before driving off the lot.

I was looking for a few car at the time I contacted CarSupermarket, ready to part exchange my car too.

While I understand I received a decent offer, it was below what other companies would have paid but I also found cars that I was more interested in.

Ultimately, I decided to go with the company who kept me updated with everything that was happening, ensured I had the car when I needed it and made it a smooth transaction.

I was fairly honest about my car’s condition and while they checked it thoroughly, it was all good to go and took about 30 minutes to handover.

I would use them again and the reasons I took a star off is because I do think other places will offer you more money for your part exchange so if you aren’t desperate for a car, sell it elsewhere and then buy a car with carsupermarket. Also be aware of them trying to sell you all sorts of warranties, extras etc and possible finance, even if you don’t want or need it. You may need to push through that bit as they are sales people after all.

They are a great team, very helpful, not pushy, but knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
