Saw a car on Autotrader that I liked so sent an enquiry with all my details - received back an email from a Tristan who didn't seem to have read anything i wrote on the enquiry - asking what he could do for me - emailed back again with all my details - nothing. So then thought I will call - not available - nothing on the system to my enquiry did I want someone else to help - eh what - no go through all my details again - no thanks - I will go to a garage that actually wants my business!!!
As i thought automated reply on here from the admin team - bore off car supernarket !!!!!

Adam and Kinga from the Grimsby branch helped me secure a replacement vehicle for a car I originally bought from the Hessel branch. Adam made sure he kept me up to date with the process, kept the comunications between me and his branch, instead of passing me off to yet another branch that I eventually picked a replacement car from. Kinga worked hard with the finance company to get the car swapped. If I had got my car from the Grimsby branch first, and had only dealt with them from the beginning, I would have put 5 stars, as they we're so helpful. I had no reply from the customer services department, but again the Grimsby branch have called me and are helping me themselves. Due to the stress of the faulty car from Hessel and then being ignored by the company customer services department. I can not rate the overall company 5 stars

Service was amazing from start to finish. Also had follow up calls to make sure everything OK.

Liam T was excellent in helping me buy my Tesla. He was knowledgeable; felt like he was trying to get the best deal for the customer and had excellent communication via phone and email.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The nearly new Nissan Ariya was exactly as described and was well prepared. The sales process, including taxing the car, was well organised. The only hiccup was a delay of 5 hours in acknowledging our bank transfer payment which meant I had to pick up the car the next day. The car even has that new car smell!

I bought a car the first week of June this year. The day after the collection I went the because I found out the car needed a repair. I contacted them and at first they refused, untilI threatened them to hand the car back and have back my money and they accepted the repair. Bear in mind this was in June. At the beginning of June they emailed me saying that the part was at the site and I was able to bring the car in for the repair. I went there just to be told that they have ordered the wrong part. (A phone call before hand would have saved me the journey there). They sent me home saying they had to return the wrong part and order a new one. At the end of August they called me saying the part is there..I go, drop my car and first I receive a call around mid day saying there will be a delay in the service and that the car would have been ready at 4 pm. I had to cancel a job that day for about £400. Well I go there at 4 pm just to be told that the part arrived was wrong, AGAIN! So they had to wait now for the new part to arrive later that evening. I was really upset and asked for a courtesy car because I couldn't lose any more money and mostly because I've lost trust in what they said. No one there really gives a damn about customers. All they really care is selling! The site manager Tracey offered me after a week a compensation of £ 200. I have refused it saying that after being their customer for 10 years and the money loss from my side due to their lack of professionalism, their offer was offensive. Has been a month now and no counteroffer has been made. I wish I didn't buy my car from them.
If you think to purchase something from car supermarket Birmingham, run away there are better car dealers.

Dealt with Marc Banks. The least helpful person on the planet, went out of his way to be difficult. Avoid these clowns.

Clear pricing, no hassle in making a decision. Valeting could be better, some marks and dirt left on cars.
I was only dissappointed as I rang with a query after delivery, and told I would get a call or Email in response the next day. A week on I am still waiting.

Mr Adam was very helpful throughout the from booking to deliver the vehicle . Gave regular updates , kind & professional .

Liam was friendly and helpful and because he was still in a training period, was not afraid to seek guidance from a senior on certain issues, rather than give out wrong information, which was reassuring. The other staff I came into contact with were likewise polite and friendly.
It was a good experience.

The journey from start to finish was hassle free, as i was part exchanging i thought this would take time, but it didnt, the car loan was taken care off for my new car, staff amazing, contrary to the myth, sales staff harass you as soon as your on their forecourt wasnt evident at all, big thanks to Jack for making the whole process run smoothly, I had my new car within 4 days, no issues at all.

Called in to look at a car we thought was at Newcastle Branch. Salesman Mark openly explained the car was in Scunthorpe, he explained the process and fee for having it moved to his branch in a matter of days.

Within a couple of days Mark contacted us to say car was available to view. We arranged a viewing.

We viewed the car, Mark checked over our part ex and we had a test drive of the new car. The figures were very fair and we bought the car (which was very well presented).

You can go to dealerships/car centres and feel intimidated etc throughout the process.

However, we found Marks style very much aligned to ours. He was professional, informative, helpful, not pushy and friendly. Everything you want from a car salesman.

The Newcastle dealership was a pleasant environment to be in with nice coffee too!

We would certainly look hete again when time to change our car.
