Ben Glendewar was excellent in managing our property and in organising the departure of our tenants when we decided to sell the house. He kept me in the loop all the time - he has excellent communication skills, and dealt expertly with all the departure details such as deposits etc.

We used Ed when we bought our house a few years ago and it only happened because of his efforts. As a result we didn't hesitate to get him to sell the property and we have just exchanged.
