My experience with Cartico London has been quite disappointing. I made a purchase on November 10, 2023, and despite paying £21 and the promised delivery within 2 to 5 working days, I've yet to receive my order. I've reached out 4 times via email but haven't received any response. It's now January 10, almost two months later, and there's no sign of my items or any refund options available. This has left me worried about the legitimacy of the website and please be careful as I think this is a scam ! thanks

I ordered an item weeks ago, I have tried to contact the company to see where my order is. I have had no reply after multiple emails. My order still hasn’t arrived, it’s been almost 2 months.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered this believing it would arrive in time for my fiancee birthday. I'd seen similar on amazon next day delivery but decided to go with what I thought was a better choice. I wish I hadn't bothered. A week after ordering I was given a story that there must have been an error as they had only just received the the order and offered me a pair of earrings for free as compensation. Was asked to wait for 7-10 days rather than 2-5 days. 15 days later and still nothing. Well past my fiancee birthday and just excuses that it had to be made!!!...what they had to mine the silver first then make the item?? Absolute waste of my time so asked for a refund and will get one next day from amazon. Funny how they can produce but this company cannot!!!!

Cannot contact customer services. Standard items ordered (not personalised) and nothing after 3 weeks!! I’ve sent 4 emails and NOT HAD ONE reply! Shocking!!

I just want my items or a refund! 3 weeks and no items and no response from customer services. It’s just not good enough.

I would NEVER recommend this company EVER!!

I ordered TWELVE DAYS ago, complained it didn’t arrive in time/ system says never shipped - the owner promised it’s on its way and “should be here by now”, then said there’s a “delay and latest by Wednesday”. Promised to check on me to make sure it arrived, never did. Item never arrived. It’s been 12 days and I live next to your company. It’s a joke. I’ve messaged her on Instagram, Facebook, her every other available email and NO REPLY. This is ridiculously disrespectful. Awful. £24 down the drain. If youre so “busy” you can’t even respond to messages from your flooded inbox, hire someone to do that. This is not how you treat returnin customers.

Update: they just liked my comment asking them to respond on Instagram, but STILL NO RESPONSE. What is this a joke to you?

I was pleasantly surprised as I was very apprehensive while placing the order. The jewellery is affordable and just gorgeous. Good quality and lovely packing as well!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Items never arrived after a month of placing an order. When I contacted them, they gave me a fake tracking number and said there was a problem with Hermes and that I the customer should contact them. Why am I the customer contacting their courier when they should sort it out?? They also stated that they are not liable for lost orders. These guys are scammers and not a legit business. I now have to contact my bank and report them as fraudulent. Positive reviews of this company are all faked by their team.

Amazing customer service from CartiCo London. I’ve ordered from the 5 times and I’m always so please with the quality of the jewellery. I wear my jewellery in the shower and really have not complaints with the quality!

This is the second time I've gone back to CartiCo as their jewellery is so different and such great quality. If you order something custom, it can take a while to arrive, but I'm just impatient and can't wait for the delivery! And not enough of a reason to mark down the quality and service.

SO impressed with this jewellery brand! I am VERY particular when it comes to choosing jewellery but everything here is SO ME! Dainty yet, eye-catching! Way better than my usual jewellers.
