Bad service no tracking or product

I didn't want to write a bad review. However I should of read the reivers before I ordered!

It's a shame really as this company has a decent website however the support is next to nothing.

Still haven't received my order or even been notified when it will be delivered or tracking!

Starting to think it's not coming. Will give it a few days more and if I have not been updated with tracking I will put a claim in for my money back.

Little tip is to reply to customers as soon as possible and update tracking.

Granddaughter's watch for xmas still not delivered

Ordered my granddaughter a watch on beginning of December..they took payment from my bank the same day..and still not recieved it..no replies to my emails and they don't answer their telephone..
To say I am furious is an understatement but I will not let this drop..They have scammed me out of £58-50.

Scam

Ordered what they said was a cotton t shirt medium sized and got a small shiny polyester t shirt about two months later. Should have read the 'about' section on the website as it was clearly written by a confused AI robot.

Do not buy anything from this company they are a scam bought something back at the beginning of November still waiting for the delivery. I have rang and sent emails. No one gets back to you. They are happy to take your money but don’t deliver. Do not buy from them.

Have been waiting for a delivery for 2…

Have been waiting for a delivery for 2 weeks now, have emailed this company twice and had no response, tried calling the number on their website, doesn’t connect, chased up Royal Mail, they have no parcel for me with tracking number, do not buy from this company, I will be reporting to trading standards

It’s alright just expect long delivery time

I wish I could give a 5 star review because they were very polite to me throughout the process, however, after being forced to pay for “warranty” at checkout which added another chunk of unnecessary money onto the price, it took well over a month to arrive, missing my girlfriends birthday by miles, I kept getting told it will arrive by a certain date which never happened every time and I kept having to chase them up to find out what’s going on. Turns out it’s all coming from China hence why it felt cheap😬

Thankfully, it’s the thought that counts not the actual gift and it all worked out in the end but I was left with a bitter taste after all that. If they were upfront with me from the start about delivery time and where it’s from, and didn’t force me to pay extra warranty then the review would’ve been more positive.

I’m not saying don’t buy from them, just make sure you order months in advance and don’t care about the quality. It’s the thought that counts so still a decent gift regardless, just remember it’s from a dropshipping site delivered from china

DO NOT ORDER SCAM COMPANY

Disgusting service took two months for my order to come after numerous attempts to contact them about my order t getting no reply and then it was nothing like the design when it came. The flowers were a different colour and the print was very poor with a cheap hoody. Also looks like it is from china from the package that arrived due to writing on it! The website complete disappeared showing it was a scam but then now is back up!!

Do not order!

I ordered a t-shirt and 3 weeks later it still has not arrived. I contacted them via their support email to find the email is no longer active and that they no longer have a website. This is a scam!

DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I wish I read the reviews honestly! My money has been taken they said they sent the order after I was constantly messaging and the tracking number doesn’t work and I keep messaging asking for updates and they say they will get back to me no response!!! It’s been a month! I don’t even want my order I just want my money back now!!! DOOO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They just take your money!

Shocking company

Do not order of these 4 weeks later still not received my order customer service is shocking emailed about 10 times not one reply thankfully I paid through PayPal getting in touch with them to get money back
