I’ve purchased from Casetful in the past - I bought tough cases for my iPhone 12 and iPhone 14 Pro Max from them, and both were excellent quality and durable. Unfortunately, my experience with my iPhone 17 Pro Max case order has been completely different. Not that the case was bad but it didn’t meet my needs in terms of providing enough protection for the camera area.
So, I requested a return on 19th October and was told to simply post the item back to their Birmingham address. I did exactly that on 21st October using Royal Mail Signed For (£2.95 postage), with my order number (CF#73435) clearly written on the package. I also sent a follow-up email confirming I had posted the return and attached my proof of postage.
Royal Mail tracking confirms the package was delivered and collected at their address, yet I have received absolutely no acknowledgment from Casetful that they’ve received my return. I’ve had no response to my follow-up email, no confirmation of receipt, and no update on when my refund will be processed.
When I initially asked about the returns process and timeframe on 19th October, they provided no specific timeframe for refund processing - just the return address.
Reading other reviews on here, it seems this lack of communication and delayed refunds is becoming a pattern with Casetful. It’s disappointing because their products are great, but customer service is just as important as product quality.
I’m still waiting for any acknowledgment that my return was received and when I can expect my refund.
I’m giving two stars because I’ve had genuinely good experiences with you in the past (iPhone 12 and 14 cases were great) and the product quality itself isn’t the problem.

I was originally sent the wrong case, it took quite a long time to get a reply to my email but when I did they did send me the correct case and let me keep the incorrect one. The colour on the case is not quite what I was expecting from the picture. Finally it has done a good job of protecting my phone (along with a screen protector, a case alone would not have been enough) but the case is very tight and therefore quite hard to fit. This has meant it has cracked at the top by the camera.
Avoid. The pattern on the case is blurry and the button covers on the side are completely useless. Completely impossible to use. Cant lock my phone or change the volume without using my nail and a lot of force.

Case arrived and was completely the wrong colour - lilac not blush pink. Initially they replied quickly to say must have been a printer error and I could return it and get a refund. Returned and absolutely no communication since or refund and emails not replied to. Definitely avoid.

Package arrived open with nothing inside. I then reached out to Casetful twice and never heard back. Use a better courier and get more efficient customer service. What a waste of money.
Just update this, they said they would refund below, but that was false PR. They have in fact NOT refunded me.

Ordered from this company in the past and wanted to order the same design phone cases when I upgraded to a new device. Unfortunately, as with many other reviews, the print quality and colours are way off. I previously had the S23 Plus and despite ordering the same designs for my new S25 Plus, the colours this time were completely different with a strange pink tinge. The images online showed a nude phone case with brown spots but what arrived was a white phone case with pink and purple spots. I emailed and received a prompt response offering to replace, but I asked for a different design in case it came out the same. The new design was received - also completely wrong colours. Website shows a nude and blue pattern but instead what I received was orange and green. Really horrible and clearly a print fault. I reached out again and included photos of the new case - they clearly have printer issues and despite responding to previous reviews saying they had addressed this, evidently they haven't. But it's now been over nearly two days since I emailed and this time I have no response at all, likely because I've asked for a refund this time given I have no faith that any of their phone cases actually look how they're supposed to look. I'll be reaching out to my card provider instead to raise a dispute for goods not as described. I ordered tough cases which are £26 each, not a few quid from Amazon. Really not happy and not a company I'll be ordering from again. Sort out your cheap printers.

Poor quality product, case started splitting and breaking within a few weeks.
I'm careful with my phone, the issue is the case is extremely poor quality and now does not even stay on the phone.
I have emailed to raise a concern only to be told I should have reported issues on receipt. I could not have predicted this when the product arrived. They are now not replying, not a good sign. Had no option but to try and claim refund through bank as case is not fit for purpose therefore in breach of consumer and Internet shopping rights.
Case may be for appearance only but it still shouldn't be split and broken within a couple of weeks!

The case it self seems strong but the first I ordered was pink but turned up lilac, I complained, they said they'd take it offline and offered another. Great service but the next one also doesn't look like the image online. The quality is less luxe in real life and the colours don't match and look poorer in design style.
I love the look of their cases however I’m now onto my third granted within 3 years. However I always buy the toughened case with the inner black rubber case. The shells have cracked in the same place on two of the cases. Exactly on the top left corner to the camera they’ve cracked which I find a shame as it happened to both and then the case no longer fits the black extra safety bit properly.

Really nice case. Good quality. Fits well. Fair price. Despatched from the UK and arrived really quickly. Very happy all round.
These cases are absolutely phenomenal! The build quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail in both design and functionality is impressive. Shipping was lightning fast, and the case exceeded all my expectations
Edit: Response to Casetful: No threats or verbal abuse were made. There is clearly just a difference of opinion on good business practices. This whole experience over a phone case has been exhausting. I will no longer be editing this post and future possible customers can chose to believe what they wish to from this review.
Ordered a case which initially took two weeks to arrive after their website stating delivery should take 2-4 working days. Received no dispatch email so had to reach out to ask if the case had been sent. When the case arrived the pattern had a pinkish tinge and did not represent the colours shown on their website. I reached out to customer service who said this must be a one-off printing error, but reading other reviews suggests this is not a one-off error. They said they would send a replacement case. Another week and a half passed and heard nothing so asked where the replacement case was. Initially no response. After then asking for a refund I got a reply telling me it must have been lost by their distributor. After asking for confirmation of the replacement dispatch to their distributor and saying that I would recommend others to not purchase from them I received a patronising response simply saying "Looks like you have a lot of time on your hands fella". Currently awaiting refund. Order number #65647

Delivery was in good time, quality is alright. It shows accurately what is shown on the page, however the fit for my iPhone 13 was a bit tight and can see slightly the top and bottom of the phone. I got the tough version and it does seem sturdy and protective as it’s quite thick. Also the design part of the case and the black edge come away from eachother, not sure if that’s on purpose but doesn’t show that the item is the best quality. For the price I’d say go with a more standard popular brand that you know you’re gunna get good quality from, I’d expect this from maybe a £10 case not a nearly £30 case

Reading the small print it states that this slim case is for appearance only but I was really disappointed with the quality. It looks cheap too. I've had to order an Apple silicone case instead. I don't usually do reviews but I think this company deserves more than the rating they have on here as it almost put me off! I recently bought a new phone and am fed up of spending £40-50 on a phone case or being made to think spending £80 to buy 2 and getting 2 free is a good deal!
Casetful seemed to be much more reasonable so I decided to try it out. It was delivered less than 4 days after ordering it, I love the design - it's just as pictured on the website and not faded anywhere and overall seems really good quality. I actually prefer it to several phone cases I've had from Burga before which I remember took more than 2 weeks to arrive. Very happy and would purchase from Casetful again.
Very overpriced case. The plastic is thin and a the design blurry. Also just realised that the company don’t offer refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty, so I’ve just wasted £20! I wish I’d read some of these reviews first.

I love Casetful! I have bought many cases over the past few years and their designs are always incredible. In fact it’s a struggle when I buy a few at a time because I can never decide which is my favourite. I have to rotate them! And for someone like clumsy me, they have the most incredible strong cases that have saved my phone from breaking countless times.
The delivery is always fast. Customer service is great. I recommend them to everyone. They may cost that bit more than I used to spend on a phone case but now I realise why that bit extra is absolutely worth it.
