So absolutely disappointed

So absolutely disappointed! This could have been a 5 star review but in this day and age having redemption times as extensive as yours is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. 80-90% of casinos now are same day or next day redemption. You should probably make that more clear to people who purchase SC’s from you.

REDEMPTION RECIEVED !!!

Early morning today, I didn't even look at my email. I just saw a pending Bitcoin transaction for me into my PayPal account. I was paid the entire amount that I redeemed, so I have to say that they are definitely 5 star, because I was afraid they were a scam and they weren't it just takes them a minute to send you the money, but I remember when I first started playing these sweepstakes or a casinos, rather like big dollar casino and some other ones, it would take them a good minute to send me the money, even if it was Bitcoin. Thank you for being solid and for taking all my negative criticism. I did receive redemption, and I definitely have to break you guys 5 stars now. Thank you.

This is my first time redeeming

This is my first time redeeming with Casinoclick. So far, the "3 day verification" has been over a week and a half and still no update. I received an email saying if I made a review, it would expedite my review process.... I'm trying to be optimistic, as I could really use this money for upcoming doctor appointments and procedures, but so far the reviews are discouraging.

Chat was supportive when I asked about the review process, but they also said 3 days when it has already almost been two weeks. I know some sites take a longer time to process and verify so I'm not writing anything negative at moment, and will update once when if my verification process even gets accepted first.

I've redeemed $100 in crypto without ever spending $1 of my own money so I don't know what else you could ask for, yes it took a week to get my redemption but that's understandable. They give free spins/freeSC everyday and the game selection is great.

Haven't redeemed yet but optimistic

If you play without purchasing it can be pretty tricky to build up enough to cash out, but the gameplay is great. They have a pretty vast selection to choose from with some of my most favorite providers. A little time consuming but once you have enough to cash out or even just a nest egg to play bigger bets, it's a blast.

No words

Wow. So originally before I added money to play, which I always do I check the reviews and I swore it said 4.1. So I add money and play and now that I am trying to redeem I go back and check the reviews and this place has gone down hill. I actually spoke with someone from live chat the other day and they confirmed I would receive my pay out and had met the requirements for pay, but I can't even get the verification process done. Icicng on the cake now live chat isn't responding.....I hope I can come back with a better response.

Yes an email was sent 620am this morning to my spam folder requesting more documents that weren't originally requested, mind you after I had this escalated twice, now I am submitting more documentation to see how long it takes to get my pay out, Will keep this review updated

So disappointed

So disappointed, should've read the reviews first! There is no way, from a legitimate site, that it takes 3+ days (some are saying MONTHS) to verify an account. Then, IF you get verified, another 3+days(weeks, months) to get paid.
It's such a shame because the site itself is good. Lots of games/providers. BUT, unless you're just enjoying playing for free, don't bother with spending your money.
Hopefully one day they'll get their act together and it will turnaround. I'll be sure to come back and add more/less stars if something changes. Good luck everyone!!
Update -So it's been about a week since I started the process. It's been 48 hours since documents cleared and some winnings requested. It doesn't take that long to pay your players, especially with Bitcoin withdrawals. They can take your money instantly but apparently do not pay out. Too bad, I like the site itself,but don't waste your money here.

Patience is a virtue

Good game selection but terrible verification and redemption process. It takes 3+ business days for them to verify you and if you need to provide additional information, it takes another 3+ days for them to review that. Once you’re verified, it takes 3+ days to get it approved.

Ive actually been playing with Click…

Ive actually been playing with Click since they first started up. I won like $8k and I ended up redeeming like $7k to my Bitcoin wallet.
I waited like 2 weeks and nothing... not a response from them, nothing.
And then, on like week 3 or 4, I randomly got a crypto deposit and it was from them.
They do pay out, EVENTUALLY.. But its gotten even worse now. I won $16k a few months ago and they took like 2 months to even start approving my redemption requests.. so by that point, I did exactly what they want everyone to do, I played a lot of it back, out of boredom....ALSO, they changed their rules and put a $2500 cap on redemption requests, and u have to wait until one is approved to even submit another one. So yeah.. I wont play there anymore. They're horrible about payouts. And im sure there will come a day that they just stop paying people. They're super sketchy. Im actually probably going to email the Attorney Generals Office about them.

Super slow redemption

I play daily and have verified for over 20 online social casinos. Casino Click is HORRIBLE about redemptions. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for gift cards to be approved. This is absolutely INSA E. The absolute longest I've ever waited on any platform is 3 days. I let them know directly thay this discourages me from making any purchases, there IS NO EXCUSE for such delays in redemption. They don't mind taking your money immediately but forget getting it back in any kind of reasonable timing. Customer service simply says It's in queue and they are overloaded which cannot be true. No doubt they've lost A LOT of business over this. Not to mention...there is ZERO reason to make a purchase and play while waiting on a redemption because you can't submit another one until they are done.
