Hi Youssef,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the lively slots and appreciated the calm background. It's great to know that added to your experience.
We’re sorry to hear the card withdrawal took longer than expected. If this was your first withdrawal, that could be the reason for the delay, as initial verifications can take a bit more time. The good news is that future withdrawals typically process much more smoothly and quickly.
We’d also love to take a closer look at your case to see if there’s anything we can improve on our end. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help and are always working to make things better.
Best regards,
The CasinoRocket Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused.
Please know that we take matters like this seriously and always aim to ensure fair and secure gameplay for all our users.
We’d also like to clarify that our verification process is a standard security measure, designed to protect both our players and the integrity of our platform. It is not intended to make the withdrawal process more difficult or time-consuming, but rather to ensure that funds are going to the rightful account holder.
Additionally, after a security check on your account, it was noted that you're in breach of the Terms and Conditions. You may check your email inbox where our relevant department contacted you with an explanation.
If there’s anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Hi Anthony,
Apologize for answering in English!
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that you felt this way.
We completely understand how important it is to receive your winnings promptly, and we know how exciting that moment can be. However, we have a withdrawal limit on the casino. The maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and in 24 hours are €1000 or the equivalent in other currencies. Because of this limit, some withdrawals may appear as canceled, but there’s no need to worry. You’re always welcome to create a new withdrawal request in line with the casino’s Terms & Conditions.
As for your documents, please note that the verification process can take some time, as it’s handled carefully by our relevant department.
Now, on a more positive note.
We’re happy to share that your withdrawal was approved, and we’re genuinely thrilled for you! We hope this win is just the beginning of your exciting journey in our casino. Please let us know if you have already gotten the cashout.
We value you as a player and hope that your next experiences with us will be nothing but smooth and enjoyable.
If you need any assistance moving forward, our support team is working for you 24/7.
Warm regards,
Rocket Casino

Good Day Kirsty,
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience.
We offer rapid, dependable withdrawals with minimal delay on most payment options, ensuring that you always have access to your winnings as soon as possible.
Because most banks are only open on weekdays, most businesses do not process payments on weekends.
Additionally, if your account has been validated and we have all of the relevant information, we will generally complete your withdrawal within 24 hours. However, the payment provider determines the time it takes for the actual amount to be credited to your payment account. For example, transferring money to a credit card can take up to 5 days. Meanwhile, bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
Thank you for your utmost understanding.
If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Casino Rocket

Very slow withdrawal process and…
Very slow withdrawal process and verification process. Documents constantly denied. I’ve used the same documentation at other casinos and it’s been accepted, not here!. They do not work weekends so if you request a cashout on a Wednesday or Thursday, they hold it for least 24 hrs before it goes to the finance team, they don’t work weekends, so now it’s Monday, you *might* get paid out by Wednesday. With all the fabulous casinos that pay out same day, I wouldn’t waste time at this one

Hi Kim,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that you are having a hard time with collecting your winnings.
Please keep in mind that the verification process may take some time. When a document is unclear or if a document that was initially requested or expected from you is missing, this is a common cause of delay.
If that's the case, you'll be told what you need to supply and how the document or image should appear.
Furthermore, all payment methods utilized should be confirmed as a license holder obligation.
If you could kindly supply me with your email address, I would be more than happy to look into your account.
Sincerely,
Casino Rocket

Amazing
I had a blast playing at Casino Rocket at first, but then hit a snag when I tried to withdraw my winnings. Getting in touch with customer support was a breeze, but the information they gave me wasn't always helpful. It took a bit of trial and error to figure out the bank transfer system and which withdrawal options worked best. But now that I've got it down, withdrawals have been smooth sailing.
For my fellow Aussie players using [add URL later] who might be having trouble with withdrawals, I'm planning to create a tutorial with screenshots and explanations to help you navigate the process.
Big shout-out to my VIP manager, Skye, who even sent me an awesome free gift! Thanks, Skye 😁

Avoid this website! They make withdrawing your money a nightmare, with constant problems and delays. No proper bank transfer options, just excuses. The games feel like scams designed to make you lose, and the customer support is unhelpful and full of vague responses. Don’t waste your time or money here! Total disappointment. 👎

Hello Rock,
We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you have encountered with your withdrawal, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be. Timely and efficient withdrawals are extremely important to us, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible.
Once your account is fully verified and all necessary documentation is submitted, we process withdrawals within 24 hours. However, the time it takes for the funds to reach your bank account can vary depending on the payment method, and it may take up to 5-7 business days due to the involvement of banks and their own processing times. We know waiting can be frustrating, and we are continuously working to improve the speed of our processes wherever possible.
If you're still experiencing any issues or if there’s been confusion with support, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [contact@casinorocket.com], and we will prioritize resolving this for you.
We value your trust, and we’re committed to making sure this experience is handled properly. Thank you for your patience as we work to address this matter.
Best regards,
Casino Rocket
