Great woodburner, very well priced, no problems with the online purchase. The only issue, the delivery date was longer than the website promised. Overall this did not affect the experience.

Stunning fireplace. Exactly what I was looking for. Fireplace was delivered promptly and with great care by 2 very friendly guys.

Ordered the exact part I needed, excellent service and arrived fairly quickly.

Service was great and delivered without any problems.
The fire itself is a quality product but the only negative we have is that the flame dies out after three hours and as it has to cool before any further refill the usage is restricted.
That said it fits beautifully in the grate and the effect is exactly what we wanted.

Good communication about delivery and came as expected. Very pleased with the quality of the hearth. You can barely see the heat expansion joins which are necessary for a solid fuel granite hearth. The delivery driver helped me carry to the first floor.

Beautiful fireplace! Good communication, had a problem with it not fitting (my own fault) and no problems about refund but thankfully found replacement from them that fit. Great company and people. Outstanding quality fireplaces

The team were great in communicating and agreeing on a delivery date, and on the day the delivery driver was really friendly and ensured the stove was delivered with care.
The stove looks amazing and although I have yet to use it as busy decorating the room, I am sure it will make the room all cosy through Autumn and Winter ☺️

Excellent service with much better communication than one gets from many companies. Prompt delivery sooner than originally quoted. The price was very competitive. We have not yet installed the stove but expect it to be fine.

Excellent service and very helpful delivery driver. They only use their own employees to deliver the fireplaces which really makes a difference when delivering such a heavy item.

Received a beautifully-crafted marble mantel and cast iron fireplace, well within the stated delivery time.

Part was no longer needed, supplier remedied the situation very promptly and professionally.
