Placed an order for an air conditioner a few weeks ago with this company, I have to say the commination was first class, they called me to advise delivery time due to it being out of stock and gave me a date to expect it. It arrived earlier than expected and I so pleased with it.

Being someone who has been brewing their own beer and cider for 20 years I have survived on keeping my bottled beer in my shed, but with the weather getting hotter in the past few years I have had a couple of bottles explode - the glass just can't take the pressure with the heated beer inside. So, I needed a solution.
Due to the number of bottles I generally have on the go at any one time (>100) I needed something more than just a small beer fridge. After some short research I settled on the Cater-Cool CK1303LED, a 3 door drinks cooler, ranging from 2-10 degrees C. One of the selling points for me was the relatively high ambient temperature range. I chose the sliding door option due to space constraints.
My experience with Cater-Kwik has been fantastic. Their communication has been faultless, and they certainly come across as a very professional and caring business.
The market the Cater-Cool CK1303LED has been designed for is the hospitality sector, intended for use as an under-counter drinks cooler, but Cater-Kwik are happy to sell it for home use - for which I am grateful.
Installing it was tricky for 2 people due to the weight, but we managed it and I am really pleased with the installation.
The product itself is robust and well made and (having only turned it on today) is operating well, having been fairly well stocked.
I love the LED strip light in it which has its own switch, and the adjustable shelving is easy to configure.
Looking forward to many years of nice chilled beer. :-)

The customer service agent, Jack, was very courteous and helpful. We needed the item we bought within two days and he communicated very well to let us know what was happening in the process and the order was delivered on time.

Charged me for express delivery. Made arrangements for delivery and item turned up a day later as I missed the 2.30 cut off time which I was never informed about when placing the order. I had to make other arrangements. When spoke to the company was informed they would refund the difference then got a email to say was my fault as missed the delivery time which wasn't explained when placed order and never got refunded

Absolutly a pleasure to deal with very proffessional and there customer service was second to none we ordered a cake display fridge which had to come to the channel islands which is never easy to ship but they made it easy with the help of kane well done and thank you looks and works amazing

We ordered a large freezer for our shop, outside 32c; after 5 days of calls and promises, we had to cancel. The company proved not reliable, poor service

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with CaterKwik has been extremely disappointing.
Before placing my order, I specifically contacted them to check delivery times because the fridge was urgently needed for my business during a period of very hot weather. Based on the information I was given, I chose CaterKwik over another supplier.
Unfortunately, what started as an expectation of an early-week delivery turned into almost a two-week wait.
To make matters worse, I received virtually no proactive communication. I repeatedly had to chase for updates myself, and it was only after contacting the transport company directly that I discovered the wrong cabinet had been dispatched. At no point did CaterKwik contact me to explain the situation before I found out myself.
While delays can happen in any business, good customer service is measured by how those delays are handled. In my case, there was a complete lack of communication, no meaningful ownership of the issue, and no goodwill gesture despite the significant inconvenience caused to my business.
Every response simply referred back to their terms and conditions rather than acknowledging the poor customer experience.
Based on this experience, I won't be using CaterKwik again. There are plenty of suppliers in the catering industry, and unfortunately this experience has given me no reason to return.

I’m still in shock at how this company deal with there customers. So professional with no complications. Got a large beer fridge last year for my hubby ( birthday present) 😂 the chiller stopped working. And omg a new one was delivered within a week. Very happy customer indeed, and would not hesitate one bit to buy from them again. Ile be back
