Where to start…
So I purchased a pair of white trousers . They were to small and I had to return them for next size up.
By the time they came I had found another pair similar price but fitted better .
So when the replacement pair came I had to return.
House of cavani charged me £4.99 to return then deducted a further £2.99 for the original delivery charge!
Never had this before so be mindful if you need to return or no longer need.
I have challenged the further deduction fee out of principle as I paid the £4.99 to return in the first instance.
However if this is what they call customer retention service then I certainly will not be using them anymore.

Extremely poor service
I ordered a suit for my son on Tuesday & paid for next day delivery as I needed to make sure it fits etc before the wedding on the weekend, the suit didn’t arrive till FRIDAY! the Cavani store where not helpful & not sympathetic whatsoever in my opinion. They offered to refund the postage ( well they had to because they didn’t deliver what I paid for ) but other than that all they said was nothing they can do because it was the ‘courier fault’ for not delivering not there’s shifting the blame & taking zero responsibility is not the service I was expecting from cavani.

To provide some context, your order was placed on Tuesday after our 2:00pm next-day delivery cut-off time. As a result, it was processed on Wednesday morning and dispatched the same day for an expected Thursday delivery. Unfortunately, the courier experienced an unexpected delay, which meant your parcel was not delivered until Friday afternoon. As the next-day delivery service was not fulfilled, we refunded your delivery charge accordingly.
We were first made aware of the delay on Friday morning when you contacted us. Upon receiving your email, we immediately contacted the courier to investigate the issue and requested that the parcel be prioritised for delivery that same day, which it was. We appreciate that the delay was frustrating, particularly with your upcoming event, and we did everything we reasonably could once we became aware of the situation.
We do, however, feel it is important to address the nature of the communication we received. Throughout our email correspondence, our team was subjected to abusive and offensive language, which is not acceptable under any circumstances. While we understand that delivery delays are frustrating, we expect all interactions with our staff to remain respectful.
We regret that this order did not meet your expectations due to the courier's unforeseen delay, but we stand by the actions we took to resolve the issue promptly once it was brought to our attention.
We wish you and your family all the best for the wedding.

Just hope it fits now! Five star service.

I bought a pair of shoes that were too…
I bought a pair of shoes that were too small. After returning them was given a replacement which fit well so thanks. Returns online process was quick difficult, had to call company in the end to sort.

Poor Quality Suit Bag
The suit bag I received was not in the blue cavani colour I believed I had ordered. It was basic black . The quality was poor and the zip broke on very first use. I had ordered Cavani suit and shoes for a special occasion and this slightly marked the experience
