Had a suite delivered to the store tried it on but the waistcoat was a little bit tight so Lydia rang around the outlets around to see if there was another size but couldn't find one as it was in the sale
So Lydia came up with the idea to see if it could be let it out
They use an alterations near buy who was really helpful but she took me there to get it sorted
Chloe was also very helpful in store they are both a credit to suits direct 5 ***** treatment thanks girls x

Visited the Stratford (East London) Westfield branch yesterday.
On the hunt for a last minute suit for a wedding next week.
From the moment I was served, I received the most outstanding service from Aashna.
She was polite, understanding and went way above and beyond to help me find the right fit and comfort.
This was the first time I shopped from this brand and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the service I received, I felt I had to.

I ordered a blazer from Suit Direct on 30 March for a wedding on 12 June. Like anyone would, I tried it on to make sure it fitted before storing it in its suit bag until the wedding. As is standard with new suit jackets, the pockets remained stitched closed.

On the morning of the wedding, when I removed the temporary stitching from one of the pockets before wearing the blazer. I discovered that the pocket lining had separated from the seam. I reported the issue the very next day and requested a replacement rather than a refund, as I believed it to be a manufacturing defect. And I liked the suit.

Unfortunately, after mutliple asks every response I received referred only to Suit Direct’s 30-day returns policy. Despite explaining that my complaint related to a fault rather than a change of mind return. Repeatedly I was told that because the jacket had been worn, it could not be inspected or considered further. I also explained that I was making my claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but my request was still refused without the jacket ever being inspected or any explanation as to why the defect was not considered to have been present when it was supplied.

What is most disappointing is the complete lack of willingness to properly assess the issue or engage with my complaint. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only a repair or replacement of what I believe to be a faulty item.

Based on my experience, I would think carefully before spending your money with Baird Group or purchasing from Suit Direct, particularly if you’re buying something in advance for a special occasion.

P.S. If you do buy a suit from Suit Direct, it might be worth checking every stitched pocket before you put it away. I never though i’d need to inspect hidden pocket linings on a brand-new blazer.

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered an expensive suit costing £176 and never received it. The address initially had my house number missing, but I contacted Suit Direct, who confirmed they had updated the delivery details. Despite that, Evri still delivered the parcel to the wrong address.

The delivery photo proves nothing—it doesn't clearly show the location and could have been a picture of any parcel outside any property. To make matters worse, both Suit Direct and Evri have refused to refund me, with each passing responsibility to the other.

Not once have I received a genuine apology or any attempt to resolve the issue. I've been left £176 out of pocket with no suit and no customer service worth mentioning.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Suit Direct. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect them to take ownership or look after you as a customer.

If I could give zero points I would. The product doesn’t look the online photos. Furthermore if you are day or two late over the returns policy they will just send the goods back with an awful letter that a primary school child could have written! I’m surprised Boohoo allow them to sell via their site.

Was complimented on my choice of suit at the wedding (as a guest). Was able to return the unused suits (by Parcelforce picking it up as no DPD drop off near me) without any problem, but had to pay my own postage. Wish the instructions on that was clearer prior to purchase, but would purchase from again. Sizes true to fit.

Suitdirect Chelmsford branch. Good selection with really good range of sizes available. Lauren was extremely helpful with fitting and helping with selection. Great customer service, very reasonably priced and good quality. Highly recommended for all occasions.

All success goes to the management team that is exploiting actively that opportunity which has opened in the market of Suits despite the high competition in the market and a great apploid to their workforce though Tawfique has exceeded my expectation as a customer congratulations to them and his colleague as well, with very good attention to the details.

My husband and I bought a suit from suit direct at the metro centre. I always find that staff at the metro centre are extremely helpful and pleasant and until now I have always had good customer service.
I asked for my blue light discount at suit direct and was given this by a young man. I was then asked if I wanted a suit bag and I asked if I could have one for free. An older man (who I'm assuming was the Manager) and very abruptly said "You can have discount or a suit bag - you can't have both" before walking away. It may have been a little cheeky asking for both but when speaking to a customer, he really needs to learn how to treat people because I was totally taken aback by his rudeness. After all, there are plenty of other places to shop. Simply because of this man's attitude, we won't be buying from suit direct again.

Fantastic service from Estee at Suits Direct in Newcastle. Son needed suit for Prom and had no clue what he wanted, she picked the perfect one for him and she couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you so much Estee you are amazing.

I ordered a coat and I reached out to the company after 4 weeks as it still never arrived. The customer experience was shocking as they could not tell me where it was. It took ~5 emails for them to finally tell me that Evri lost the package. They informed me to order the coat again, which I did immediately. After 3 weeks, the coat did not arrive. I emailed again which they said the coat was never in stock. No emails, nothing! I have never provided feedback online before, but I am so embarrassed and I do hope that the management team see this as my experience has been horrenous!

• Needed a suit for my son's wedding didn't really know what to look for as I'd seen so many prior to visiting Suits Direct Kingston.

• Martin showed me a few suits then got me to try a Ted Baker suit which I really liked, I wanted a waistcoat as well so Martin said I've got just the one that'll look great with a black suit he brought out a cream coloured waistcoat which I immediately said definitely not didn't like wouldn't wear it after the wedding as casual look so Martin asked colour scheme of wedding I said green mainly so he showed me a green check waistcoat which I really liked then came the Rust coloured tie which to be honest I wouldn't have picked out myself but once I tried the whole outfit on I was 100% sure that was the suit for me he also got me to try on a brown/black pair of Chelsea boots & that sealed the deal my Mrs really liked it so I knew I'd picked the right suit.

• If you need a suit then Suits Direct Kingston is the shop to go to see Martin he really knows how to look after his customers & his advice is absolutely spot on.

Amazing Customer Service at Cheshire Oaks Branch!

I needed a new suit for several work events but wasn’t sure about my sizing or what style I wanted. Paul was brilliant from the start. He talked me through the different options, gave me time to look around and choose what I liked, then quickly found the right sizes for me to try on, along with a test shirt.

The suit looked amazing, and Paul was always on hand to help me try different pieces and make sure everything was right. He also ordered me a brand new full suit, which is arriving next week.

Overall, the customer service was excellent and I left very happy.

I needed a suit for a wedding which was the next (I know, I'm not going to explain why so late lol). But staff member Stephen knew exactly what would work for me after I told him the colour and budget I was working with. I tried on the suit and loved it! The store manager was helpful in making sure I was absolutely happy with the suit in terms of measurements. They both gave great customer service and I walk out satisfied with my purchase.
