AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Placed order...paid for it....NO DELIVERY....had to follow up with company....t hey claimed UPS 'Lost' the delivery...advised it would be delivered next day....3 days later NO DELIVERY!
Last time I will ever think of dealing with this coimpany...I am ALMOST GUARANTEED of never seeing my money again !

Your order was shipped on Monday, October 16 and UPS attempted to deliver it on Tuesday, October 17 but no one was there to receive the package.

Your order has been available for pickup since then at the nearest UPS pickup point.

Please see your UPS tracking number that was emailed to you on Monday, October 16.

Lumpfish Row

The Lumpfish Row was nice, but was very soft and didn’t have that pop that i was looking for.

Site was easy to use

Site was easy to use, prices are fair.
My products arrived in thawed ice ( a very hot day) and I was concerned about the caviar. It was fine but I’d be following up with the delivery service in the future. The quality was very good and the product delicious.
The truffles were woody and nearly tasteless: disappointing. I would think twice about ordering truffles again but would likely try other caviar based on quality.

Granted

Granted it was shipped, but it didn’t arrive cold, or even cool. And the flavour and texture were not very good when I did try some. Threw the remainder in the garbage.

I placed my order for truffles on July 24th. Paid $19 for one day shipping and still have not recieved. Promised a replacement product on July 31st, have not recieved it either?
