Not Cold Enough!!
Received the order for caviar in the specified shipping time, but the product was barely below room temperature. One jar actually leaked into shipping container. Will not buy again unless vendor can ensure that sufficient cold packs will be inserted into shipping container to maintain safe product temperature at delivery. A note OLMa Caviar in regards to review.. I was home at the time of delivery and picked the package up as soon as it was dropped off. I also had a competitors caviar shipment arrive the same day. That shipment was 1/2 the volume but contained the same number cold packs and the caviar was WRAPPED in cold packs, it arrived satisfactorily. I would buy from OLMA in the future as long as sufficient cold packs are to be provided.

Your order was shipped and delivered on time in our insulated packaging, which is designed to maintain a safe temperature for up to 72 hours under normal transit conditions. However, from the delivery photo, it appears the box was left outside in direct Arizona sun, which can quickly overwhelm ice packs if the package is not retrieved soon after delivery.
In this case, it also appears that the closed gate prevented the driver from placing the package on your shaded porch. We kindly recommend, whenever possible, retrieving perishable packages as soon as you can after delivery or using a shaded delivery box at your gate.
