CCM - Perfection.

CCM is hands down the best program out there for building out a calling team.

I've never bought courses or coaching program, because I've always been uber-skeptical.
Take the leap of faith of you're on the fence.

Above and beyond my expectations!

I am the most skeptical person there is when it comes to signing up for anything like this. Every program promises the world and does not deliver. That is not the case with CCM. The program does exactly what you want it to, and even more. Since implementing, my sales have gone through the roof and my clients are getting better results than ever. Even better, there are additional value adds from the partnerships and coaching that has helped me in ways outside of just building a call center. You could not be in better hands when it comes to building this out than with CCM, and your clients will thank you.

the best investment I’ve ever made in my life

CCM is hands down the best investment I’ve ever made in my life.

No exaggeration.

When I joined, I had less than $1,000 to my name—and honestly no clue how I’d even pay for the rest of the program if it didn’t work 💀

My “agency” had been stuck around $1K/month for almost two years (and we had just hit that milestone). I joined CCM in August while working a “stable” 9–5, thinking maybe I could grow my business enough to quit in three years after finishing my master’s degree.

By the end of August, I made $29K 💀.
In September, $27K, and I quit my job.
October $28K, and I wasn't even evening trying to get any new clients 💀

Now, as of November, my wife and I are packing to travel across Southeast Asia starting in January — something I thought would take at least three years to make possible.

If you’re even considering joining CCM, the only reason not to is if you know you won’t do the work. But if you’re serious about investing in yourself and changing your family’s trajectory… this is it.

DO IT!!! Also I did it in the weirdest Niche you'll ever hear of, so you got this!!

This Is My Agencies Competitive Advantage

I 100% would recommend Call Center Mastery to any agency that sets appointments.

They give you the information, resources, and hands-on coaching to make sure that you are successful.

The systems that I have gained from being a part of Call Center Mastery have given my agency a strong selling point and effective competitive advantage in my niche.

This is not like reading a book or most online programs, where it doesn't matter whether you are successful or not. This team is experienced and committed to your success if you are willing to listen and apply.

This program is everything it’s claimed…

This program is everything it’s claimed to be on the front end and even more on the backend. This programs helped me scale from about 8K to 30 K a month. If you’re in the agency space and you’re trying to compete with guys who are in the program and have the systems you’re gonna lose. This is one of three courses that I’ll actually vouch for out of 75,000 spent on courses and consultants.

This is THE best product on the market…

This is THE best product on the market imo if you’re looking to scale a call centre/appointment booking team.
Teaches you everything from how to deal with clients to all the tech setup to hiring and managing team members. The coaching calls have been super valuable and I cannot recommend this programme and the team HIGHLY ENOUGH!

Best Coaching Program for Agencies with Call centers!

This program is all about client fulfillment and doing right by your clients. Too many agencies in this space are obsessed with “PIF, PIF, PIF” but have nothing solid when it comes to service, product, or fulfillment. This program flips that on its head, it’s designed to actually help you deliver real results for your clients. And just like they help you get results for your clients, they deliver results for us as well.

I’ve been part of several big agency programs, and most of them are the same story: all about collecting payments upfront, with little substance behind it. This one is completely different. To give you an idea, Arin, the founder himself, runs a live coaching call every single weekday. That’s 5x the access you’d normally get, compared to other programs where the founder shows up once a week (if that). With others, if you have a question, you’re waiting days to get an answer. Here, you get it same day.

Hands down the best coaching program I’ve seen. Get in before your competitors do!

Only regret is not signing up sooner

It took me a while to sign up and my biggest regret is not signing up for this sooner. Its improved results for our partners across the board plus all the coaching support and Q and As that come with the program are worth the fee themselves! Incredibly good value for money and not something we could function without now we have it . Highly recommend !

Arins a one of a kind guy - his genius systems, level of support and genuine care for his members is reflected directly in the program he’s built with his team.

When I first joined, I had one setter manually dialing GHL leads. Fast forward about 6 months later we’ve 4x’ed our revenue and can retain our clients atleast twice as long as before.

The coaching calls are great and beyond helpful - both with fixing errors but learning to fix as you go on your own. The tools Arin provides you with are incredible and life changing - I can track data better, build better systems for my callers.

This was the best educational…

This was the best educational investment I ever made in my business. I was in a bad situation which I wasn't bringing ANY results to my clients, nowadays, I have most of them super satisfied with my service. So if you want to:

Lifechanging

Before I joined CCM, the back end of my business was all over the place. I was pulling my hair out because nothing seemed to be working and I hit a brick wall. I didn't realise at that time that the systems in my business were what was failing me. As soon as I joined CCM, it was eye opening with how well put together everything is and the value inside of the programme is incredible. Fast forward a month and the system is working perfectly and nothing but positive feedback from clients and the appointment setters that work for me.

Not to mention the daily calls, the daily calls are full of support and everyone helping each other and that alone has been worth it's weight in gold. Highly recommend
