I joined CCM with the last pounds in my bank account and have since 4x'd my business. I'd known about Arin & CCM for some time, and had spoken with him once before so I knew he and his team were the real deal. At the time I had a very basic set up to chase leads with a system that just about got the job done, with a lot of added stress.
As soon as I joined, my appointment setting system it's self improved exponentially and our clients results went up straight away too. Not only that but the amount of stress and uncertainty that was alleviated by having a streamlined and scaleable process in place absolutely changed the game for my productivity & ability to have more mental space for better decision making.
The course and content is great, but the community is one of the best I've ever been in, if not the best. Great course for anybody looking to improve or start a call center
Great course for anybody looking to start a call center or improve their existing one. The systems provided massively helped us and Arin makes it super simple to implement everything - would recommend!

I signed up to Arin's community 7 months ago.
I already had a robust call center at the time and I have a hard rule of not taking advice from inexperienced people.
I was targeted by one of Arin's ads. While skeptical (a lot of posers online), I checked his instagram and saw that he would talk about very niche problems that only someone with true experience would know about.
And would share lessons that he's learned that I've had to learn the hard way.
So I knew right away that he was who he said he was and knew I needed access to his community and course, no matter the price.
Even though I didn't think it would be for me, since at the time I wasn't his target demo, after 6 months I still pay to have access to the group.
4 months after joining the group, I was able to hit $97k in revenue from just 4 clients. Partially because we were able to increase our set rate by 25%. This increase was directly correlated to the information that I was privy to in the group.
Recently, after scaling my team by over 2x within a 3 week window, our systems collapsed in a way that never happened before.
My developers and I couldn't figure out what the issue was, but we were now losing 33% of our top line revenue due to inefficiency.
After 2 weeks of unsuccessfully diagnosing the issue, I leaned on Arin's community for insight and was able to completely resolve our issue within 48 hours.
The amount of money we were able to recover in potential lost revenue would pay for this course for 5 years.

Constant improvement
Arin has made an incredible program here. If you don't have a call center this is everything you need in order to get it setup and performing.
I had an existing call center and I was able to integrate CCM's systems within mine very well. The best part of CCM is the constant innovation and improvement from Arin and the team. Their custom software and Make.com app has been a game changer for everything reporting for the calling side of things. I am not aware of anything else on the market that is able to get the data out of GHL like their custom solutions can. Very impressive stuff.
If you are looking to add more value to your services for your clients, adding a call center is a proven way to do so. Arin and CCM are a proven way to add a call center to your agency.

The only investment I'm actually proud of making
Went through call center mastery after struggling with my call center for about a year. I was hesitant to join for 3-4 months before I joined. And in all honesty, I wish I joined earlier cause my problems would've been solved way sooner.
This guy built a really big call center and already went through the hard work, late nights, stressful times when it didn't work and he's cutting out all of that BS just with this program.

Best thing I've done for my agency
This program is hands down the best thing I've done for my agency. Arin knows his stuff and I truly think that this program has so much knowledge and value packed into it that he should be charing 2-3x what he is currently.
