Your engineer was very professional, however it took 5 mins to repair the oven and it was something we could have done had we been told how to reset the oven. We had a day off work for no reason so not impressed.

Had fridge freezer installed in 2019 and freezer doors broke off and cracks in interiors almost immediately. Had a full fridge freezer replacement after several complaints and photo exchanges and fitter advised that there has been ‘loads of issues’ with my model. Cracks appeared again and freezer doors broken off again which is both unsafe and unhygienic. I have now been told that this is my fault and am being ignored when I send photos etc. New cracks continue to appear.
We saved for a long time for a new kitchen and have had a terrible experience with both CDA and Wren Kitchens when it comes to quality of product, installation and customer service.
Do not buy from them.

CDA admitted fault and fully replaced the fridge freezer within two years of purchase and yet now the same fault has occurred and I am being told this is my fault. The fitter even told me it was a faulty item!
There are cracks along the bottom of the fridge and up the side, with new ones still appearing. All the freezer doors have fallen off and yet this is caused by impact according to CDA.
The last communication in 2025 was to that effect with photos and was ignored.

Waited long time for microwave oven door to arrive.
When it did arrive engineer could not fix it.

They were good in terms of repairing my tumble dryer, but in the process somehow smashed the switch socket for the tumble dryer(a fused socket) and appears they tried to hide it behind stuff I had on the counter which now has to be replaced. All they had to do was turn it on so how they broke a socket is beyond me. Just glad I don't have to pay for the socket to be replaced.

Microwave had catastrophic failure less than one year old. It has so far taken over 6 weeks and yet to have functioning microwave. Unnecessary engineer visits, wait for parts and now at least another 7 working days to wait replacement unit and fitting. Positives are Liv at CDA has been good with responses and engineers have been on time.

The products CDA sell are pants. I’m on my second dishwasher, and this unit has had 3 engineers visits. Shockingly poor products and customer service. Would never buy CDA products again.

This company is awful. The washing machine lasted 3 yrs, (just 2 of us, washing once a week) offered a new machine at discounted price. Reluctantly, we felt we had to stay with them. The 2nd machine lasted 25 months. Broke before christmas 2025, engineers came out, ordered parts, wrong parts turning up, then waiting again for an engineer. (As contractors only work 1 day a week!!) This went on for 4 months before, out of the blue, about a month ago, we recievedand email. "It couldnt be fixed and was beyond repair" this was for no other reason then costing CDA too much on getting and engineer out, this problem was fixable, they just didn't want to waste any more time on us. They also had the audacity of offering us a new discount on their substandard washing machines. Today 5 months since it all began, a part has turned up, 1 month since they wrote us off. I have been extremely happy with my Hoover washer/dryer, its a total breath of fresh air, no tripping out through over heating, no banging and clunking and very easy to operate. 1 once had a Hotpoint for 10 yrs and a Zanussi for 20 years. Please, think twice about CDA.

Had the dishwasher 1and half years used it for six months and had 3 engineers out they changed it for a new one and had that for 2 months and today the engineer as come out and the main board as gone not happy with Wickes and CDA

Received my part with in a few days of ordering only thing there was no instructions of how to change the part. Would suggest a short page of instructions might help.

Shocking lengthy
Process passed from one department to another got a date for the repair 2 weeks waiting and had a phone call on the morning saying the engineers gas safe qualification had run out ,
Bought a new appliance with a reputable company in the end

The oven was less than a year and half old when it broke. 2 weeks later the engineer turned up with the right part to fix it and repaired it very fast. It is not 5* only due to not really having the process explained clearly, as I would of thought we should get a report that it was fixed, that the engineer and/or myself should agree it was working correctly and also he just left rubbish and the broken part on the kitchen side. (I was in a meeting whilst working from home when he completed it, but I could have stopped for 5 minutes if he needed).

Our less than 1 year old Wine cooler suddenly kept heating so I contacted CDA and liaised with Connor who got me booked in for an engineer. Darren the engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to replace the compressor part. Very happy with the service received.
