Ordered the product and it came a little short, I sent the customer service about it and they responded within minutes and rectify the problem right away

Great customer service- got back to me by email in a timely manner and they were very courteous.

I didn't sign up far a subscription. At least not knowingly and I was unable to cancel with the link provided. Like a dead end. Looks like email did the trick.

Took way to long to get product then I was suppose to get 3 jars on a deal and I got 3 SMALL , when I say small I mean small jars and they are 1/3 if that with what is suppose to be nmn....DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE TOTAL RIPOFF. And this is a real review from a real person...cost me $50.00 for nothing if I could give them a big fat 0 I would...

I contacted customer service and Carla responded in a timely manner. She exceeded my expectations in resolving my issue and also providing additional feedback. I am just starting to use the product so I can only rate the service I was provided, and I was impressed by it.

I gave 5 stars because the customer service was fantastic and they got back to me right away. I wanted to cancel my order because I didn't notice that I got a subscription I don't know why all these companies make you get a subscription. Of course i should read better. Anyways after I sent them am email they got back to me immediately and honored my request. I was so surprised and satisfied with that.

I've only been using the NMN for one week so patience is key. Delivery was timely. Will come back and update review in 5 more weeks.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the advertisement showed a 100 serving container for the same price but it was not on the order page. Only the 30 serving container. Also, directions are different on advertisement vs, container. As to how it's ingested; whether its sublingual or Dissolved in water. Kinda misleading but if the product works it'll be worth it. I'll be back mid Nov to review the product results.

When I inquired into my delivery, they responded in 15 minutes. Pretty happy with the product so far. Can't wait to see long term results, I'm 44 and I could feel the increase in energy the first dose. Very helpful staff

The customer service at Cedarlabs is truly exceptional! I had an issue with delivery and Carla was absolutely a gem to communicate with. She was empathic, kind and did everything in her power to make the Canada Post error correct. I'm even more excited to try it now that I know the people stand behind their products and their customers.

Even though I have been instructed by my doctor to not use as a heart patient on vast quantities of meds... they cancelled and refunded my purchase with ease and within minutes. Great service.

They handled my issue very professionally—so much so that I’ll be placing another order with them, not just because of the product, but because of their excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Carla when it came to my product not being delivered to the right address my money was refunded and there was a speedy response with all communication.
