Scam and Fraudulent charges
I ordered this product on May 4th, and I emailed several times asking where it was. They eventually did send tracking info that only said it was ordered. After back-and-forth emails requesting a refund and declining any further charges, they said it had shipped, so they couldn't give a refund. It was delivered June 10th, and on June 5th they charged me for a subscription that I did not place. They ignored my repeated emails requesting to cancel any further transactions or charges. They did answer my emails, but I think it was AI, cause they never addressed what I wrote; only that they "apologize for the delay, but the item has shipped." I reported them to my CC and to the BBC.

Made the mistake of believing the ad. Fast shipping! Money back guarantee! All lies. Ordered weeks ago. No product. Emailed company. Rote response, "still in shipping, can't refund". And now two more charges that I did not approve.
I am disputing them through my bank. What a headache. Don't order.

If i could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered the promotional offer and only got half of it. I did not sign up for a monthly subscription, but 1 month later I am charged $150 and the tracking on what is supposed to be sent just keeps saying its on its way, but never updates and never arrives. Customer service sends an auto response that they will respond in 48 business hours, but they never respond. I think I canceled the membership I didn't sign up for, but i will be reporting fraud to my bank and getting ALL of my money back.

EarthLine naturals is a scam company
EarthLine naturals is a scam company, they don’t tell you that when you place an order with them you will be signed up for a monthly membership fee of 23.99. When I called to complain about it they said oh well since you are canceling within the 24 hour window we can refund the charge they then state that the refund department needs to review it first. Then you get another email asking why you want to cancel. Then a couple days later they state oh well we researched your account and you are signed up for the membership please let us know if you have any questions on how to use it. They have no intention of giving refunds as the other dozens of people on here can testify to. Horrible company its also based out of China so you can never talk with anyone.

I read on here how they enroll you into a subscription without authorization so I sent them an email saying I better not be on a subscription and if so cancel it. The next day, which was only 2 days after I received my first order and they say its too late and there's another charge on my account. I immediately called the bank and reported fraud. I also contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint! Stay clear!

I have decided that this Earthline Naturals company is a scam. Zero stars is a more accurate rate. I ordered a product to try. They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, led me to believe this company is in the US - it. is. not! I’ve exchanged countless emails trying to get the product that I have paid for. Meanwhile- they charged me for another order that I did not request - hence the automatic subscription. The order that I actually made was on April 15, 2026 - and 50 days later I still have no product, the order they automatically charged me for on May 15 also has not been received. There is no phone number. So I have emailed multiple times only to get responses of how they understand my frustration and they are working on it. So I guess they’ve stolen $100 from me. I’m so sick of scammers. And apparently the people who gave good “reviews” of the products on the website are part of the scam as well.

If I could give no stars I would. Not a USA company, and if they claim to be note that they ship from somewhere overseas. I ordered on 11 May and it’s now 4 June. Still no product and this is after their website states it takes 5-7 business days for processing and 5-7 business days to ship. We are well past that point friends. I emailed them and finally after the third one, they tell me they are tracking and have updated. The product appears to finally have arrived in the USA. I will be calling my credit card people… unacceptable!

Not worth it - red flags everywhere
I really feel scammed. It's been nearly 30 days since my order was placed and I STILL don't have the product. I also had no idea it was drop shipped from outside of the country. Don't waste your time or your money. I plan on disputing this with my CC if they don't respond to my request for a refund.

I suggest people not order from Earthline Naturals
I ordered 10 bottles of Earthline Naturals Molecular Hydrogen tablets on April 17. Information on the website said “We ship fast from the USA, most orders go out within 1 business day. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days.”, so I expected to receive my Order in 3-5 business days. It has now been 45 days, and I have not received anything other than several assurances that they are checking on my order. I noticed on May 21 that additional charges had been made to my credit card on May 17 in the amounts that I charged on April 17. I emailed the company and asked that the amounts be refunded to my credit card, that the shipments not be sent, and the subscription the company said I had requested, of which I was unaware, be canceled. Their response was they could not cancel the order because it had been shipped. They said there is a 24-hour window after the order is placed in which to cancel the order. Of course, if one does not know a shipment is being made, one can’t cancel the shipment in 24 hours. I said I would rather work out the situation with them than file a dispute with my credit card company. Since they were not cooperative, I filed a dispute with my credit card company concerning the second shipment. As requested, I attached copies of all my email correspondence with Earthline Naturals. My credit card statement online shows that refunds for the second shipments were made. If I have not received the shipment of my first Order in 60 days from April 17, I will dispute the original charges because of not having received the product. I was really looking forward to using the Molecular Hydrogen, but the possibility of even receiving it is not looking very likely. I suggest that people do not order from Earthline Naturals. Although I received replies to my first few emails to them, the replies are generally generic, as stated by other reviewers, and the company does not follow up as they say they will do. It seems to me that disputing the charges with ones credit card company is about the only option one has. As to the subscription, I went back to the website and went through the process as if placing an order. That is when I saw the subscription option is checked by default right after the options of quantities to order. If one does not uncheck the subscription option, the subscription is automatic.
UPDATE 6/6/26: I called my credit card company on 6/2/26 concerning a refund for the order I placed in 4/17/26 because it had been 49 days since I placed the order, and I have not received it. Tracking shows it is still in Customs at Chicago. The customer service representative said anything past 30 days was excessive, unless the company had given me a longer period of time, and filed a dispute on my behalf. Additional information was requested, so I attached copies of all the emails exchanged with Earthline Naturals and a printout of the most current tracking report. On 6/5/26 the refund was posted to my account. Success! The CSR also changed my credit card number so Earthline Naturals cannot charge another shipment to the credit card. I requested and/or demanded the subscription be canceled and that I be sent confirmation that it was; however, I have not received the confirmation. I think It is still possible I may receive the first or second shipment purportedly shipped to me, particularly since the second shipment is coming through Los Angeles instead of Chicago. If I do receive one of the shipments, I will try the product, which I would like to do. That is why I ordered it. But if I receive nothing, at least the money for the order I placed and the money for the subscription order of which I was unaware have been refunded. I think that is a positive outcome.
By the way, the link to cancel a subscription does not work. I tried it multiple times.
