Would use again & recommend

Great service and honest feedback and I will recommend my friends and family

Screen was not responsive. Fixed within an hour at a reasonable price.

He had brand new parts for a relatively old phone so was very fortune to find him in the area!

Cell smash has welcomed us very nicely and took care of the watch we came in with. They have been really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend coming. Will be back soon when we have another issue.

Flip phone was under a year old, should have claimed on warranty even though that would have required me to wipe the phone and travel across London. Instead took it to Cell Smash to replace the cracked screen protector (screen protector was cracked in the fold). I received back a phone with no screen protector as they managed to take the old one off but could not fit a new one, and a screen that no longer worked. They then tried to dodge me and eventually offered me a second hand phone at a discount - which i did not take them up on obviously. Very dissatisfied, i should have been give the second hand phone as replacement for the phone they broke. Whole experience was very unpleasant.

Cell Smash at Leadenhall Market, London, scammed me. Told me they were putting an original Google Pixel screen onto my phone, bit didn't mention that it was old as hell, they had clearly taken it out of another phone. It failed after 5 weeks. They refused to honour the guarantee saying it was my fault. Today I've been to iSmash for a replacement and they stopped me photos of the defunct screen which showed that it couldn't possibly have been new when they fitted it. Don't ever ever ever use Cell Smash, they are cowboys and bastards.

A very efficient service with a same day repair completed on my i phone. It all works perfectly and if I damage my phone again this is where I will go for repairs
