Face ID Does not work
Took my mobile to them to repair the screen.
It was changed but the Face ID no longer works.
Apparently my phone was ''dropped'' (presumably by me) in between me receiving it back and trying to log in using face ID.
They 'tried'' to repair it by no luck.
I now have an Apple 11 with plenty of life left in it but with one major functionality not available.
Down a few hundred pound but it's only money!

Antwort von CELL SMASH Gadgets Repair & Trade - Recycle
Hi David
i would to correct you Your phone was 11 Pro not iPhone 11
You brought iPhone 11Pro in dead condition with LCD broken, Our procedure, when book a job we check that if its working fine like face ID, volume, Camera etc, but in your condition we could not check. and we informed you that we will not be responsible if anything doesn't function properly but we are responsible for our repair like you asked us to change the LCD.
We changed it and you took the phone same day and left the store.
you come back after few days complaining that face ID is not functioning properly, we had a look and changed the new LCD but there was no change.
you left the store and come back again after few days asked us to fix it again, as a good customer service we sent your phone to our lab but there was no change in result. apparently the face ID part is not broken but not working.
Once the phone is dropped and broke there are high chances front camera or face ID stop working.
It is not that we broke your phone face ID.
