The technician was excellent
The technician was excellent. However the process of booking the appointment was not. I received several calls re my appointment. As I work my time is limited, I made an app that suited me, then received a call to change it and a voicemail to cancel it. The technician did turn up at the agreed date and time. Then a call and email asking me to pay the bill which I had paid to the technician on the day.

Still no response after book the water…
I have yet to receive a response even after booking the water softening salt. They stated that it would be delivered within 48 hours.

Fantastic experience with Culligans. From making initial enquiries to having a technician in my house to install my new whole house water softener was less than 3 days.
Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and professional and the technician was quick, tidy and very knowledgeable.
Got a great deal on a whole house softener, 5 bags of salt blocks and a filtered water tap. Couldn't ask for better.
