Ordered a air con unit, actually two! On 3rd july same as everyone else is saying. I've asked for refund had no response, tracking isn't legitimate so we will wait and see.....

Update, they have said it's passing through customs and will take 2-4 days let's wait and see....

I made a purchase for portable aircon on 3rd july
I got order number
I got dispatched status
I got YUNEXPRESS package number
Yun tracking number was not valid inside the yun website
I contacted the website via Email, explained the situation and first they said my order is normal
Then few minutes later they said due to some problems im not getting my package on time and therefore i will get a full refund and my order will get cancelled

Although they have wrong trustpilot score showing on their website, seems like its just for advertisement purposes and they are not scam company
Still, be carefull when you do a purchase. I received my refund about an hour ago and it took 24hours after receiving email

I made an order on 1st July 2026 8 days later item still not dispatched portable aircon units seems like I am not the only doing this. I checked the reviews I have now asked for a refund they said 5 business days today have another email saying 10 to 14 days, it's a scam please don't buy anything from this company.

Ordered an airconditioning unit on Juli 1st. Juli 4th I got an update stating that the unit is in transit. Track and trace code is one they have created themselves CN is at the end so I suspect the unit is shipped from China. Their tracking page does not show any scans or other information which is somewhat suspicious.

Should arrive between Juli 14th and 23rd, so I am still waiting. Emailed their support team and got an email back within a day in which they responded that they use their own internal logistics network. Once the parcel completes export and is processed through customs it should be handed over to a local delivery partner.

Will update this review when I recieve updates.

If you google reverse search any of their products you’ll see they’ve just AI prompted to have their name replaced the genuine products - this is evident when you look at anything that’s smaller I.e. their app name which is complete AI muffled garbage. I suspect they’re just drop shipping.

Have requested a refund and they did respond straight away, but also received a tracking notification in the meantime so who knows. Their company address is just a drop off postal location as well.

Scam of a company! Purchased an air conditioning unit, i was sent an order confirmation along with order tracking but the item still has not been shipped despite a week passing. The tracking ID does not relate to any shipment nor are you able to track anything. I have emailed the company multiple times, they send an Ai generated response which looks to just be copy and pasted directly off of ChatGPT. They did actually approved a refund but refuse to actually process it. The domain for the web address was created in May 2026 yet they claim to have thousands of Trust Pilot reviews. They have now resorting in creating fake reviews on here to help with their score.

All evidence supports they're a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. There is also now a YouTube video reporting them to be scamming people.

I trust this company they are genuine

Scam! Avoid! Scam! Purchased a portable air conditioner; shipping info is not available to track. Asking for a refund, but they said I have to wait 14 days. Not having any hope just wanted my money back.

Finally, they have refunded after the proper cancellation request.

I made a purchase here but after finding out their fake reviews and this page I contacted them to cancel. For me the response was fast and they first claimed a 10-14 day refund process.
But after about 5 days I actually did receive my refund, I'm still doubtful if they actually deliver what they claim in regards to products since it seems like some of them are taken from other companies and rebranded to their own logo and then sold for cheaper. But I am positive I did receive a full refund. Hopefully some other people post here if they do actually receive their orders.

Paid for product received shipping notifications for two weeks time. Keep you updated

I placed and paid for an order on July 1, 2026. The payment was immediately taken from my bank account, but I never received an order confirmation or payment confirmation by email.

I have contacted customer support several times by email but have received no response. The website claims that customer service is available 24/7, yet there appears to be no other way to reach them.

After payment, an order number was briefly displayed on the website. However, when I enter that order number into their chatbot, it says the order cannot be found.

Another major concern is that the website displays what appears to be a Trustpilot rating, but I could not find a corresponding profile or reviews on Trustpilot. This made the displayed rating seem misleading to me.

At the time of writing this review, I have paid for my order but have received:

No order confirmation
No payment confirmation
No response from customer support
No shipping information or tracking number

I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue quickly. Until then, I advise potential customers to be cautious before placing an order.

This company includes a Trustpilot review score that doesnt exist in TrustPilot (currently 4.7 "excellen t", and they include the stars in the style of TrustPilot to make you believe the reference) but when I actually came here to verify, THERE'S NOR "ONE" REVIEW available (I will be the first)!

My experience: I bought a Dreo Turbocool and paid, but when I saw their "Turbocool" device is npot a Dreo at all (they just use the name of the Dreo device for an alternative product/dubious brand), then I contacted them to annulate the order. Another reason is that they ship from United States and I live in The Netherlands, which will make the shipping costly, long and unsure whether the device will actually arrive and uin which condition. They didnt reply to my request to cancel and took away my money from the credit card even if I asked 5 minutes after finishing the order that the money wasnt taken due to my cancellation (also 5 minutes after purchase).

Be VERY CAREFUL with this company.
