Never purchase from these lowlife scum. They are a scam. They appear to be based in Pakistan. I purchased an aircon unit on the 08/07 and it said it would be delivered today, 11/07. I am reporting to bank and authorities.

Feel rather silly as I impulsed bought an air con unit which was back in stock on 2 July and its been saying on its way ever since. Provided a tracking number but Royal Mail still waiting for it to arrive (now 11 July, so clearly it won't). Since researching the company have now found these poor reviews for them, and am adding mine to the list of those scammed. I'm rather miffed with myself as I usually research places I order from, but I did this order in a hurry between lessons I was giving, and I am now paying the price (literally). Will initiate a charge-back through the credit card company, but it's not the point really when these companies are out there scamming people.

Don't use this company it's a scam even the phone number for them is fake and they don't respond to emails.

Very misleading website. They use drop ship from China and then ignore any contact questioning why you have not heard from them since buying from them. The mobile contact on the site does not work, the web contact form got no response and only when I email to tell them I had initiated a charge back did they respond saying I have to wait for delivery to discuss options.

No goods but took money out of bank

They quote in their fine print 1 hour after placing order to be able to cancel. This is illegal under distance selling regulations which gives 14 days after receiving goods in order to cancel order if unused. .
They try to use delaying tactics to avoid refunding anything.
The reviews on their website are all fake.
if you order through them most items will ship from China but their websites do not mention this.
they are underhand in all their dealings.

Air conditioning scam

Sadly i fell for this scam as well as many others - in regards to getting my money back, they refunded me after i threatened to report them to watchdog and paypal, i sent them screenshots of other reviews too, this seemed to scare them into refunding me. Advice to anyone - don’t back down, keep hounding their customer service email, took a week but i now have my money back

Too good to be true = too good to be true. Miraculous aircon units suddenly in stock … Currently trying to cancel with no response from them.
I should have realised when a bunch of spam offers came with the order confirmation.
In discussions with my bank to dispute but transaction stuck in pending.
Scammers :(

They claim you cant cancel orders, and this is clearly a spam website.

They also claim they have aircon units that are ready to ship next day, and this has not materialised. Avoid.

I should have looked at Trust pilot first
Do not place any order with this company
I too ordered a portable aircon and realised too late that this was a company I wanted nothing to do with having seen their reviews
I emailed my cancellation and was informed that their cancellation time was 1 hour from placing the order. My credit card company has currently suspended the transaction.
Modecas from their Web page imply this product is from UK particularly by including Free Shipping with Royal Mail
I was taken in by them and now realise my mistake
Although I sent my cancellation to them over 2 days ago they still insist this is currently being prepared for despatch but no tracking number so far
Reading other negative experiences makes me more certain that I don't want to have any dealings with them

I ordered 2 air conditioners they said it would be 2 to 3 working days gave me a tracking number this does not exist .because the items as gone up double the price I paid I feel the company does not want me to wait hoping I ask for a refund so they can go on to get twice the amount

SCAMMMERS DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, as per the review below, I also ordered an air con unit over 8 days ago for next day dispatch and still nothing. Requesting a fund but don’t hold up a lot of hope. Total scam

I should have seen the red flags but I was desperate & really wanted it to be legit, but ultimately, they are taking advantage of the lack of availability of portable air con units in the UK right now and are taking people's money but not despatching anything. I've been given a 'tracking number' but all that means it they printed a label, so they can pretend it is on its way. Royal Mail hasn't received it despite the label being printed days ago.

Red flags: good price (also discounted - no-one would be discounting air con right now), free delivery (it's cheap so this was not needed - just another reason to question it), it's a clothing store that has suddenly moved into air con. I feel like such an idiot. It's such an easy way to scam desperate people out of money. I'm £200 out of pocket and am boiling in my flat. I feel so very silly.

Oh dear, I really should have read these reviews before purchasing. I bought a portable air conditioner and it hasn't arrived and they keep saying it is being dispatched. I did use the credit card to buy it so should be able to get a refund through them. Oh well, you live and learn

Very recently I bought a portable air conditioner due to hot weather but it hasn't been shipped yet, neither I was provided any tracking number etc.. Company's address shows in London but phone number doesn't work. So feel doubt & started searching about it. Here I am now. Terrible mistake for me.

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a con. They adverstise "Easy returns, no hassle"...... and give a London address for their business......this is not true. When you try and return something they then (and only then) tell you that you have to pay to return it to their warehouse in China. They then try and pressure you into keeping the item you don't want by offers of store credits etc. I do a lot of internet shopping and I will never buy from this company again - misleading and dishonest company.

I was about to order a portable air conditioning unit from this company but luckily I checked on here before I did. Come on Trustpilot, get a grip. Look at the one star reviews of the past few days and see the problems. People like me rely on you and your star rating is misleading.

As others have reported this is a scam website. Bought an air cooler which never arrived. Luckily the bank gave me the money back.
