Amazing

Well what can I say, mark and Joel turned up like our saviours. They were absolutely amazing and there packing skills are second to none ( didn't think it would actually fit) can't thank them enough for there efforts and kind, friendly manner. Knights in shining armour

Absolutely amazing team came out last minute after being let down by another company . Joel and mark managed to clear all the rubbish with their precise packing, ( we didn't think they would fit it all on). They were our knight in shining armour they saved the day . Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic

A really great experience today - Jack and Damien came out to my property to remove black roofing dye within the brickwork of the house, and they did a fantastic job. They did a super effort to remove all the dye, and cleaned everything very thoroughly afterwards. Very friendly and helpful, thank you so much - would highly recommend.

Great company

Great company, I contacted them at short notice about my house which was in an awful state due to my mental health. They were able to start within two days, had it fully cleared out and tidied/cleaned/hoovered in one day. They then came back and did a carpet cleaning job in a few a hours. Very professional, amazing work, would highly recommend to anybody. Great communication between ourselves and the sales manager meant we were able to know what was happening at all times. 5 star!

Excellent service from Mark

Had damp throughout several rooms due to a burst water pipe. Mark came out and spent most of the day sorting it out - detection, taking apart kick boards and skirting boards, treating mould and installing drying equipment. He was amazing; so helpful and professional. Answered all my questions patiently and made sure everything was done thoroughly and to a high standard. He is a huge asset to Vinci.

Sewage backed up in cellar

Sewage backed up in cellar. Emailed Vinci on Wednesday about the problem and received a quote from Kian the same day. Ben and Dean arrived today (Friday) and dealt with the mess. They were very professional and now the cellar floor looks cleaner than when I moved in years ago. Very impressed by the excellent service and should I ever have a cleaning problem I'll go back to Vinci asap. Thanks for sorting everything out so quickly.

Sparkling clean!

We had Vinci at our property to remove guano from our balcony. We were not quite satisfied with the final result after the first visit! After we notified Vinci, they arranged promptly a second visit and carried out an extremely thorough job and cleared all affected areas, even lifting the balcony boards and clearing underneath! We are very pleased with the final result and cannot recommend them more. Thank you so much Ben and Dean for your hard work!

Graffiti Removal

Frankie, Ian, Ian S and Scott have done a great job in scheduling and removing the Graffiti which was on both brick and rendered walls. The technicians Ian S and Scott have been very diligent and performed the removal to a very good standard. Only issue encountered was on the first of two days, as the planning team had not instructed the technicians they would need water and a generator which caused them to have to make an additional 60 or so mile round trip to collect the equipment.

Good Teamwork

I had experienced a fire outbreak in my Kitchen. From the booking with Frankie, to the job done by Mark and Marx was exceptional.
The team explained every process of the job, remained friendly, polite and professional.
No mess left behind. I cannot fault them.
There was a good mentor and mentee relationship.

Cilit Bang stain- Nightmare!

Just called on a Sunday evening to get some help after staining slate black tiles after using cilitbang drain unblocker! Spoke to Colin who gave me some great advice and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. They are not out to take your money they care and just try to help you resolve the problem first. Super teams

In times of emergency, you want someone who can act quickly, accurately, and with professionalism. I found myself in a very stressful situation where expert support and guidance were critical — and Frankie and Ben from the Vinci team were absolute superstars.

While I hope I won’t find myself needing their services again anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone in need. Their clear, calm, and professional communication made a real difference. Truly top-tier support.

"Run a mile" and "cowboys" are strong words, and it's clear we haven't met your expectations, especially given that this was an insurance claim. We understand how disruptive and stressful home repairs can be, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

You're right that there were unexpected issues with the floor subbase once the Karndean was lifted. While our team worked quickly to resolve this unforeseen problem on-site, we understand it caused an initial delay and complication.

We also recognise your concerns regarding the quality of the finish and the additional damage to the end panels and radiator. Our project manager promptly attended your property to review these points. We agreed that some areas needed rectification, and we committed to addressing them fully, with all agreed repairs covered by your insurance.

Regarding the scratches to the floor, our flooring contractor has already returned to replace the planks you initially identified. We understand you've since reported further scratches and the floor lifting slightly in places. Please know that our flooring contractor is ready and willing to revisit your property as soon as possible to sort these out for you.

We want to make this right. We are committed to ensuring all outstanding issues are fully resolved to your satisfaction. We will be reaching out to you directly within the next business day to discuss these latest concerns and arrange for our flooring contractor to address them, bringing this project to a proper close.

Excellent Company

The Vinci Response team have been incredible during a very stressful time when my home was flooded. The service and care I received was everything I could have hoped for in a time of crisis. Any issues along the way were dealt with promptly. Paul always replied to my messages immediately and always had solutions for any problems. A great team and company! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible company very…

Absolutely terrible company very unprofessional we had a house fire and one of their workers wrote obscene message on the bedroom wall in spot also when clearing out the property some rings and an Apple Watch went missing
And when they cleared the loft of sentimental items they damaged some which could have been salvaged they broke two very old dolls from my childhood that grandparents had given me when I was young
I had already lost enough In the fire and for them to disrespect belongings and home like that is disgusting
I would never let them in another property
