Can’t recommend mat and adam enough , cleaning our house after a fire nothing was too much trouble , made a difficult job so much easier liased with other services for us and made sure everything cleaned and ready for the next stage of putting it all back together .

First class service from Ian and the team. My elderly parents suffered a traumatic house fire, Ian was patient with them, explaining everything he was doing in a way they could understand. The team were on site for 3 days and in my parents words performed a miracle with the house. Whole heartedly recommend Ian and his team .

Having suffered an under floor water leak in the bathroom which had spread into our bungalow hallway agents working on behalf of our insurance company allocated Vinci to carry out remedial work.
From the moment Paul arrived to do a survey and submitted the scope of work they have proved themselves to be a reliable and efficient company.
Chris and Craig did the initial stripping out work and installed the dehumidifiers and dryers. Pete came a few weeks later and wallpapered and then painted the hall and finally Lucas came and retiled the bathroom floor and reinstalled the sink.
Communication with Vinci at every stage of the project has been first class and all the tradesmen have done a first class job. Suffice to say each and everyone of them would be welcome back at any time.
So a big thank you to Paul and Chris for managing the work so well and for all the team at Vinci.

Following our home suffering extensive flood damage, our insurance company introduced us to Paul from Vinci Response. Paul came in and understood our stresses and did all that he could to take them away with his calm and reassuring 'can do' attitude.... just what we needed! Throughout the repair work Paul and his team did not disappoint! Always arrived on time, were very polite and professional with their quality of work second to none! Vinci Response has performed miracles with my mother in law's insurance reinstatement following a flood. After a lengthy delay obtaining a contractor, Vinci Response came on board and their BDM Paul Buck got the job moving and has been professional and considerate in his dealings with an elderly lady. The contractors (especially Luca and Mark - just brilliant) have gone the extra mile to ensue the job was completed to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the end result, Thank you.

This company completely sorted out the mould problem in our room. They were very friendly and very good at explaining everything to me in detail. Amazing service and care, I now recommend Vinci to everyone.

I called Vinci Response to clean some graffiti off my garden wall. The whole process was quick and easy, they were very professional to deal with. I will definitely use them again if needed.

We had a leak in my student accommodation and called Vinci Response. They were really professional with what they were doing and acted really quickly to clear out the water and dry it to prevent mould damage. Very polite at all times. Would 100% recommend them and use them again!

They do not have any respect to people's time and lack of communication internally. When I told them I will need to give them one star review they said: 'Don't worry we have plenty of 5 stars so it won't bother us' I do not see any reviews for them at all. I hope my review will prevent people from hiring them. Unfortunately, Camden Council trusted them on a project. I will make sure they will not win any other projects ever again.

Really poor quality of service…expected better for the amount charged.
The driveway looked worse than before and the cleaning of my stones was not effective at all. The stains were still there.
My gardener came the following week and did both the driveway and the stones and managed removed all the stains at the fraction of the price. Would not recommend to family or friends.

The Vinci guys and especially Ian and Tom were so amazing in managing our house and our belongings during one of the most difficult times of our life. From the beginning they treated everything with such care and understanding, showing a lot of sensitivity for our feelings and the sentimental nature of the contents of our home. I am so grateful that Ian Bell managed the project, no request was ever too big and he provided guidance and reassurance at every stage! Our greatest appreciation and thanks to Vinci for aleviating a lot of our stress and giving us hope to move forward!

Very quick, professional and friendly service

I needed a damp and timber report prior to receiving my mortgage offer. I spoke to Kim on the phone and she explained what they could do and they managed to get be booked in with very short notice.

The report was very thorough and I was really impressed by the service I received.

If I ever needed something like this carried out again I would definitely be using them and I would also recommend them highly to anyone else.

Amazing response customer had a leak in their roof causing them to be closed. Vinci responded over the bank holiday weekend to clear and dry premises.

Raj was very attentive in managing the account and my queries and concerns.

For far, the worst experience.
1) I hired an “end of tenancy” cleaning service including windows.
2) They quoted this without visiting the house (the two other companies did the inspection visit).
3) They assigned just one person to clean the entire house (150 m2, 3 floors, 4 Bed, 4 Toil).
4) During the cleaning day, Mr Raj decided to “update” the original quote arguing that the house has more complexity than they thought…And they kindly could do the windows cleaning the day after…charging additional ££££ …simply unbelievable.
5) The day after the cleaning, people from Hamptons did the inspection visit, and they refused to receive the house: there were MANY issues regarding the kitchen and toilettes. Lack of cleaning. Lack of professionalism.

I spoke to Raj Paul regarding my concerns for my parents and the environment that they are current living in. He gave me some practical steps to take and how I can access the help will need to help my family live a good quality of life going forward. I've already started the ball rolling and have made a start to clear the house. Thank you so much.
