The stairs are wonderful and were delivered on time - my only criticism was the updates after the order... I had to chase for updates where as before the comms was quite good. I can not fault the product though, the stairs are beautifully made.

Good service from start to finish, could not fault in any way

Came round and measured up for a refurb on set of stairs to put glass panels and new base rails , fit perfect and everything supplied that was needed, customer was very happy even with a slight mark on the 1 of the pieces which they came round and sorted out

Vince measured up and delivered at short notice and they fitted like a glove !!

Richard came to do the site survey for the replacement of the existing stairs handrails and spindles, the quotation arrived very quickly and we confirmed that we wished to proceed with the work so payment of the 50% deposit was sent.

Richard came to do the work and has made a fantastic job, I would highly recommend that you ask for him.

The Downside.
Having to pay the remaining 50% before any work commenced which only because I was recommended to the company by a builder friend of mine who has always used Central Joinery for the new build houses that he builds that I was happy to pay, generally after the initial 50% payment I would have expected to have to pay a further 40% of the remainder leaving 10% to pay upon completion.

Overall I would highly recommend Central Joinery and Richard.

The stairs ordered are excellent quality, and look really good. There were issues with the timing of the construction, but the company dealt with these as well as was possible, and added additional value items as compensation. All in all a good process.

Fantastic Service from Neil who came to survey the stairs, keeping us on the straight and narrow for our house renovations and relocation of the stairs. Not many companies give customer service like that these days. The team that came to install the stairs were efficient and professional.
Altogether a great service from the team at Central Joinery, we would highly recommend them.

Poor service no communication

We had Central Joinery recommended to us by our longstanding cabinet maker, who himself is excellent so we had high hopes. We haven't been disappointed! Mark Wrath from the company immediately responded to our query and was on site within days of first contact. The turn around time on the quote and fitting has been excellent. Very straightforward to deal with and you really do get exactly what you are expecting. Quality staircase designed and installed. Everyone we have dealt with is very professional. Thank you
