I hired this company (Hussain Media Ltd, trading as Centurion/Atom) in March 2026 for their client-acquisition program. The signed agreement guaranteed 100 qualified booked appointments within 120 days.

Over the engagement I received zero booked appointments. I terminated the agreement for non-performance on 18 May 2026, as the contract allowed.

Since early June I have been trying to recover my payment. I was promised a full refund repeatedly and in writing — messages saying the money had been sent, would be paid "today," or had been wired to an associate to pay me. As of July 2026, more than seven weeks later, not one of those payments has gone through and I have received nothing back.

I can document every point above: the signed contract, the payment records, and the written refund promises. I'm leaving this so other agencies and consultants can do proper due diligence before paying up front.

Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their guarantees, they miss meetings, they do not provide any reporting or insights into the calls they do for you, and they do not honor their contract. There is ample evidence online that reflects my experience from others who have tried to work with them as well. You will be out your $$ if you do business with them.
